Photos and Description of the Princeton vacation farmhouse rental
Farmhouse, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

The Quinn farm house is a reticently restored, 2 BR/2.5 BA mid 1800’s farm house, with important Delaware valley architecture, sitting in a bucolic farm setting on a secure 300+ acre estate. With a close proximity to New York City, historical Princeton, Lambertville, and the Delaware River valley.

The farm house offers a peaceful retreat while a full touring venue waits. On site, but shared with two other cabins vrbo #253089, #292919, is a stone barn with indoor pool, spa, and a full aerobic and weight training facility. April-June 25th & Sept 15th- Dec 29 the pool and sap area are unavailable. Our rental lease is for the tenants of the house. We have had several inquires about friends wanting to accompany their guests. Our style is more of a retreat than a gathering for outside guests. We do have a three night minimum and offer no discounts. We have a finished barn to hold a special function located next to Quinn house. Rates for 80 people $3500. The spa/pool area is not included in barn rental

Hopewell is a laid back town that seems to be a few decades behind, located in a still rural farming area; it has a few good restaurants, antique shops and a bit of history of its own, think Charles Limburg or John Hart (signed declaration of independance).

We were a group of five looking to get away from the NYC grind. This house and location were a perfect solution! Since there are only two bedrooms, the owners provided an Aerobed and sheets for us. The home is gorgeous and well maintained. The only criticism I would have is that because the house is older, the floors are quite creaky and walls somewhat thin. Otherwise, I would recommend this to any family or group of friends who want to experience peaceful, country living. Close enough to nearby towns with restaurants and activities. We hiked in Sourland Mountain and kayaked on the river. Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend!
