Cottage was very cute and quaint...very comfortable and cozy... Beautifully decorated... Staff was beyond nice and helpful... Beautiful view of eastern lake.... Only downfall is the proximity to the main road.. Traffic is a little loud.. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Cottage was wonderful. It was a nice surprise to find out the lower level was finished. It was a great place for our two boys to hang out. Road noise was something we had to get used to, but it wasn't' too bad. Would stay there again.

We can't wait for your next visit at this quaint cottage! The owner just recently renovated the entire lower level, offering more sleeping and lounging space, as well as another bathroom! Although this cottage is close to 30A, it is also very convenient to one of our rare coastal lakes and the beautiful gulf. Give us a call to book your next stay!

Really great visit; think it would be nice to at least have salt and pepper in properties. We brought food and didn't want to have to go to the grocery store after having spent hours in the car. Very small price for a nice amenity. Otherwise, property super clean and decorated nicely, not like the standard beach decor which is usually tacky.

30A Hideaway not much of a hideaway, located on main highway

This place sounds and looks like a nice place until you arrive and realize it is only 10 feet from the main highway in seagrove. VERY NOISY and you can hear the conversations of the joggers and bikers that are constantly passing your front door.
The beds are like sleeping in a bouncy castle, every move you make you hear a spring pop. The kichen is well equiped, and the screened in small deck was nice. This is a nice place except for the loud traffic noise and the constant people walking right outside your door all day and most of the night

MOST IMPORTANTLY: If you travel with a pet, make sure to check your contract. We traveled with our small mini dacshund, very short hair and barley sheds. We got a phone call a two days later stating they forgot to charge us for our pet and there was lots of hair in the apartment....(she actually said she had the bag of dog hair on her desk????) how is this possible i ask. I had a signed contract that was paid in advance as per their rules and now she realizes she forgot to charge me $150. No explanation except that they forgot???? I wont forget and will never recommend this company for their unprofessional attitude and unprofessional approach to their mistake!

While we apologize for the inconvenience, we do charge a $150 fee for small pets, which covers additional housekeepign required to eliminate odors and pet hair, and normal wear and tear caused by pets. We apologize that there was an oversight on your folio, however we do charge this fee for all reservations that have pets in order to cover the aforementioned items. We hope you enjoyed your stay and hope you stay with us again at one of our wonderful vacation properties.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at 30-A Hideaway. This property has been beautifully renovated and we all loved the extremely cosy living area with views out onto the lake. The more rustic downstairs bedroom and living area is self-contained and therefore ideal for teenagers. We took our labrador and he had the best time swimming off the dock and we all enjoyed the kayak which comes with the house. The house is next to a road but concealed by bushes and trees and this did not bother us. We all loved cycling the 3 mile trip into Seaside. The staff at Royal Beach Rentals were extremely helpful. I dealt with Mandy and she gave me lots of tips and encouragement in my decision to bring our dog and let him swim in what I feared may be gator-infested water. This property is quirky and unique and we could not have been happier staying here.
