We stay 10 days and everything was perfect l... It was our second consecutive years that we spend the school break at Cap Cana and we can suggest a vacation to this paradise to everyone !!! The Aquamarina condos resort it is exclusive, well situated and the service it is perfect ! Evelyn's condo as everything you can imagine and it is very luxurious... You need to spend one day and the private pools and beach to feel what it is to be in Paradise !

My family of 5 just returned from an amazing stay in Cap Cana. The condo was everything that was described and more. We loved sitting on the large balcony playing cards and watching the beautiful boats in the marina. Our family enjoyed a ton of beach and pool time. The multiple pools are large and we never had trouble finding lounge chairs and shade. We chose to relax more and not tour around too much, but all was good. Plenty of restaurants and choices of entertainment. Thanks Evelyn!

Absolutely beautiful! Myself and 3 others enjoyed this piece of heaven. We had the entire beach to ourselves! The listing description is accurate, but you must see it to believe it! The home was clean and well maintained, giving you all the comforts of home. We did not rent a car, but would probably attempt this next time. We did have a wonderful driver that would take us anyway, only a phone call away. There are restaurants on the property, I enjoyed the Italian restaurant and the little restaurant on the beach was great. My friends loved the sushi restaurant (not a sushi person) Your in the Marina and all the fish was sooo very fresh! We took a trip to The Hard Rock Cafe Casino, horseback riding and the zipline, but mostly just enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach and warm sun. I have already recommended this gorgeous home and hope to come back again myself!

We love CapCana -- great beaches, close to everything, very new, clean and safe. This was our second time at Evelyn's great condo; as ever, she was very helpful and booking our vacation was easy and fast. While you are there, take the inexpensive cabs ($3 per ride to any of the developments in CapCana) to Juanillo Beach for some good food and cold drinks delivered right to your lounge chair. Aquamarina has added a similar beach bar, but we didn't try the food there. We will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful and well stocked with everything you need and more. The unit was well maintained and clean. There were 2 families, with a total of 7 people and we were very comfortable. The deck is huge and very cozy, we spent many hours on the deck, enjoying the marina view.
The beach is a two minute walk from the room and is the most gorgeous, picturesque spot I have ever been to and I have seen many beaches. The actual developed area feels much smaller than it appears on the photos, and is easy to get around walking. There were very few guests in the area and we were literally the only ones on the entire beach or at any of the 3 beautiful pools for some of the days. After that we got to know the 10 or 12 people that we met in the area.
It was VERY quite. If you are looking for a quiet secluded gorgeous spot, this is the place to be.
They did book day trips from the area, but I don't know where they went to. There are only a couple of restaurants and the mini mart at the actual marina has very little in supplies, but has great Gelato. I would highly recommend a stop for groceries at the supermarket by the airport on your way in, it is large and has a great selection of everything.
The taxi fares are VERY expensive and it will cost $35.00 US one way to get to the grocery store or the airport. We ended up renting a car from the airport (free pick up) for $25.00 a day and did a little touring into Punta Cana.
Evelyn was pleasure to work with and was very attentive to all my questions. She was prompt to return emails and phone calls. Our damage deposit was returned to me within 2 days of departure. Wifi worked great in the room, on the deck and in the main lobby by the beach.
I would recommend this to my family and friends. I cant wait to visit again.

Our family truly enjoyed the Holiday's in beautiful Cap Cana. Part of me thought some of the photos above might have been stock photo's but they are not! The beach and Aqua Marina area are even more pretty than the pictures. The pools and beach are just outside the doors and the water is so pretty.The place is paradise and the condo is fully stocked with all the esstianals and very well maintained. Super close to the airport and grocery store only about 10 minutes. We have three teenage daughters and we felt super safe letting them walk and run around the grounds. Charming place and Evelyn was is wonderful! Thank you for ensuring we had a safe and happy holiday at your home away from home! We can not wait to come back again.

Eveyln was wonderful to work with. Promt with all the contracts and agreements and information that we would need for our stay. The condo was very comfortable and so quite. We felt very comfortable there. The unit was nicley furnished and the master bed was super comfy. We loved the pools and beach. Lovely setting. Eveyln was prompt in returning our deposit and we hope maybe to go back and take the kids next time. I would diffentely recommed this property.

The place was absolutely perfect. Our honeymoon was wonderful and perfect and this place is so gorgeous. we were there for a week for our honeymoon and the place is amazing. the pictures do not do the place justice. it is magnificent. everyone is so friendly and the conceirge office really helps you with whatever you need. we loved our stay and are hopefully going to come back next year! the place was breath taking. Evelyn is a great communicator and will help you with any questions or anything you need! the place is amazing. i cant put in to words how much we enjoyed our stay. the place is beautiful and the views are spectacular! thanks Evelyn! we enjoyed it so much!
