Our family loved this condo and would rent here again. Plenty of room for all of us. The photos are exactly what the condo looks like. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any concerns we had, mostly accessing the internet. Although the rental company personnel with plumlee rental, we dealt with in Indian Rocks were not helpful at all. If you want an awesome view and location this is it. It didn't seem to have been swept prior to our arrival, the floors were a little dirty, but overall very clean. Some minor things need replacing, like the bath fawcets. Kitchen was stocked well. A great place to eat was Crabby Bills which is on Gulf Blvd. Many local grocery stores in the area and would recommend the Publix. I don't think that anyone who rents this unit will be disappointed in the actual condo.
