Woodstock is a 1000 acre working sheep/beef farm. Located just 10 min drive from Rotorua amidst world famous New Zealand thermal and cultural area. New, award winning 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home with every room opening to decks overlooking famous Green Lake. Home is equipped with every imaginable luxurious amenity including underfloor heating, large washer/dryer and for sports gear - 3 mountain bikes, croquet etc.
About Owner

We have owned Woodstock since 1995. This beautiufl home was built in 2005 overlooking a private lake - The Green Lake. We share our time between Canada and New Zealnd

Close proximity to Rotorua New Zealand - world known for thermal activity and Maori culture. Located within short driving distance to Taupo (world famous trout fishing & golf).

The gorgeous ocean beaches of Mount Manganui just a short drive away.

We very much enjoyed our whole trip thanks. Your place suited us very
well and Woodstock Farm meant we were able to have lots of together time as well as enjoying the attractions of the wider Rotorua area.
We are struggling on providing feedback on how to improve the accommodation.

Accommodation is lovely and the view from the bedrooms, deck and lounge are amazing. We all throughly enjoyed staying there.

I would defintely recommend it to others and honestly can't think of anything you could do better.

We had a wonderful time at Woodstock. Words seem inadequate to describe how beautiful your home and surounding landscape are. I honestly can't think of a way to improve the destination.........I only wish I had stayed longer!!

Woodstock was absolutely perfect. We loved the house and the surrounding views, what an awesome place. Our boys loved running around the beautiful lawns. They watched Dennis - your manager - run the sheep through the yards - he was great with them. We will certainly be back - we felt like royalty driving up through the forest to your home.
