We enjoyed every moment of our 4 day stay at Casa Terrazas! We had 4 couples there celebrating a milestone birthday.
The entire property is impeccably maintained. The living areas are ample and the bedrooms are all large and beautifully furnished - - the local artwork is a nice touch. We spent most of our time in the pool or on the rooftop deck. We loved it so much we all plan to return again.

Paradise Found!!

We had the most glorious time in your spectacular home! Lucky for us it was our second trip to this amazing place and it was even better than we remembered the first time. From the moment we pull up, we are always knocked out by how gorgeous and impressive it is. The house is sprawling, and luxuriously decorated with local art, beautiful furniture and fabrics. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely with comfy beds, top quality linens and towels, and the air conditioning works beautifully (very important in Cabo). The kitchen is huge and well appointed and there's even an awesome bar off of the living room. Great spot to mix a Margarita or for a tequilla shot!
There are so many lovely destinations inside and out of this place! For a cocktail, a game, a snack, a good book, and especially for a nap! But, next to the gorgeous pool and jacuzzi with the ocean views, the rooftop terrace was our favorite hang. Lying up there at night is an awesome experience and on more than one of the nights we've been treated with an insane fireworks display from the resort next door. Crazy!! It's obvious that a lot of love has gone into this place and it's just a joy to be here. Thanks Jason and Danny for sharing your slice of paradise. You are so generous and easy to deal with. We can't wait to return!!!

We were 4 adults and two children, a one year old and a 7 year old. This house is beautiful, comfortable and very private, the views are spectacular , we saw whales from the garden area and the rooftop, they go by everyday at different times of the day, what a treat! The club house is super close to the house and has a very nice pool and amazing views of the best sunset ever, every night we walked to the club and hang there watching the sunset over Lands End. The complex is extremely safe, it is guarded 24/7 by very friendly and helpful security guards. The proprietor has a very efficient team in Mexico that takes care of the house and its needs, we had a problem with the electricity one day because one panel burnt and the electrician came and fixed it immediately without even entering the house! the cleaning service ( maid and pool person) is good, polite and fast, so they are out of the house quickly without causing much disruption. Dealing with the owners is a pleasure , they are very flexible and accommodating, overall this is a great house to rent, they make it very pleasant and easy so the only thing you have to do is enjoy Cabo and it amazing surroundings.

Amazing Beach Escape

The house was AMAZING!! We stayed with two families and there was so much space we didn't even use one of the 5 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and well decorated. The decks and views are amazing! There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi to take a dip right there or we could walk a few houses down the street to the private community pool. The community pool is right next to the beach! We sat and watched the waves roll in -- incredible! We felt so safe and relaxed the entire trip. The negative press about Mexico was not evident in this town at all. This house is a slice of paradise.

GREAT holiday home ......

We had a 12 day stay, 2 families shared the house, 8 people in all. The house comes fully equipped and all appliances are modern. The jacuzzi .... a charm, the swimming pool is great !
Comfortably located, close to Cabo San Lucas and San Jose is 30 minutes away.
The Club House and swimming pool located 75 yards down the road is very nice, had the swimming pool all for ourselves and the private small beach is also very nice. Santa Carmela is a very small and exclusive residential development.
The first thing you notice when you walk into the house is how spacious the GREAT ROOM is, it houses the kitchen, living room, dining room, bar, tv area. Great design.
Triple AAA Five Diamonds ........ MEMORABLE, will return next winter !
The owners of the house are lovely to deal with. Thank you Danny and Jason.

Upon arrival at Casa Las Terrazas, we felt immediately relaxed and at home. The house was beautiful and stocked with all the things you could need. The owner told us that just before we pull into the secure, gated community, we should make a stop at the market at the top of the hill where we were able get food and drinks and then we were all set to relax and enjoy our weekend. The house and property was clean and you could tell that it is beautifully maintained - so much more beautiful then the photos show.
We stayed for a few days and to get away, but going into town was only 10 minute drive, we went into town once to look at the shops - but preferred to stay away from the hustle of it all and remain in our own "little world" - which is exactly what we needed.
Thanks Casa Las Terrazas, we'll be seeing you again.

This last Thanksgiving was our second stay at this beautiful property, and hopefully it wont be our last!
Our first visit was back in 2009 when we vacationed with two other family's (6 adults and 6 children.) Despite our "large numbers" we still felt that we still had plenty of room to "breath" and relax. The house is built for entertaining, and the bar, barbecue and beautiful pool area, were all "fully enjoyed" on a daily basis. The owner even helped us arrange a baby-sitter for all 6 children so that the adults could properly explore the famous "Cabo-night-life."
My wife would tell you more about the amazing decor and the "openness" of the living spaces, but you only have to look at the pictures to see how lovely this villa is. It was perfectly clean on our arrival and the amenities were exactly as advertised. Our "extended-family vacation" was such a wonderful experience, that my wife and I promised each other we would come back as soon as we possibly could, with just our two children, for a different, more relaxed stay. We were unable to return in 2010, but did not want another year to pass without revisiting this great location. We were lucky to be able to make arrangements to return over the Thanksgiving break for a full week of Cabo-bliss!
My wife and I had such an amazing time together on this trip! It was so relaxing! We hardly saw our kids, as they spent most of the days swimming in the pool or playing tennis.
Once the sun was setting, the roof-top would become my favorite hang-out, as we had told the kids it was a designated "grown up's only" area. The sense of tranquility experienced up there while sunbathing during the day or "stargazing" at night is something I'll never forget!
Third time's a charm, so they say. Who knows, maybe next time well leave the kids at home, for a more romantic get-away.
