This spacious Mediterranean villa is located near the northern tip of the island in Westpunt which is adjacent to Malmok, Tierra Del Sol’s PGA golf course. This Villa can be reserved either as a 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom vacation property.
The home is approximately one mile from the ocean and 1.5 miles to the Marriott High Rise Hotels, and Boca Catalina & Arishi Beaches. Enjoy magnificent sunset views from the 2nd level deck.
The upstairs master bedroom and deck overlook the tropical garden and pool .
The ground level master bedroom opens up directly to the pool area and has gorgeous views of the garden,
The four bedroom, four bath villa (including a large lock off studio), sleeps a maximum of 12 people. Air conditioning and TVs are located in each bedroom and living area.

Fabulous home!

This home was exceptional! Very clean, spacious and centrally located. We were greeted by the caretaker and he went above and beyond to help us. The home is equipped with an alarm and safe, which we used, but never felt threatened or scared. Very safe, comfortable and relaxed! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Great family house

Great house for 2 families to share, rooms are spacious and the outdoor area was great. We spent most of our evenings grilling outside, swimming, swinging in the hammock and dining outside. Kids loved it! Close to beaches as well. Francois the property manager was great to work with too! Would definitely recommend!

Great house!

We recently stayed at Villa Safir and really enjoyed our stay. The house is large enough for 2 families with a great pool and dining area outside. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor space was great for the kids. The hammock was always in use! We spent a majority of our evenings grilling and hanging outside.Francois the property manager was attentive and great to work with. Close proximity to beaches and attractions. Would definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful house BUT Careful

Aruba is a beautiful island. It is our second home for over 28yrs. Gary, the home owner is Great! However, be sure to keep all your personal items close to you at all times. I feel as a person who would have like to have been told there was a robbery 2wks prior to my stay. We found out only after we were robbed on the 3rd day. Things don't add up for the robbery. They broke into the safe with a crow bar even though there is an alarm. Again, Gary is a lovely person and will work with you. The house is beautiful. Unfortunately, this has put a huge damper on our vacation.
Owner's Response: We feel badly about the break-in that occurred during Diana B's stay at the villa. The villa was indeed broken into two weeks earlier. The attempted theft was thwarted by the security alarm system and our neighbor and as the result nothing was stolen from our guests.
We immediately installed deadbolt locks where necessary to increase security at the villa. This home had never physically been broken into prior to this event and we had no reason to believe it was not an isolated incident and therefor did not feel compelled to notify or worry our new guests about the attempted robbery. Francois did instruct Diana to arm the security alarm system at the villa and gave her instructions upon her arrival.
There has been recent road construction and paving in front of and behind the villa which could be related to these two incidents.
Following this unfortunate event we did everything possible to mitigate the situation including Francois sleeping on the living room sofa at Diana's request the night of the incident. Gary immediately offered to refund money for any pre-paid days if any of the party did not wish to remain at the villa for the balance of their reserved dates.
We are currently consulting with specialists on the island on how we can better improve our security at the villa and have already taken several measures to help prevent and mitigate any possible future incidents.

I have stayed at this home twice and had a great time on both trips. It is the perfect place to get away, but yet be close to the high rise beach area. I have made over twenty trips to Aruba and this is one of my favorite places to stay when i bring friends. I hope to stay there again!

Great for big families!

We stayed here last year and really enjoyed our time with extended family and 2 kids. The home is spacious and with the multiple bathrooms and bedrooms everyone had ample private space. Location wise, it's perfect since all the beaches in Aruba are public beaches and you'll want to visit different beaches during your stay. Just a 3 min. drive to the closest beach and 10 min drive to the hotel areas. We also hooked up with Nafanny.com to have massage treatments at the home. The outdoor balcony is perfect for massage and relaxation.

My wife and I and our three grown children and their spouses thoroughly enjoyed our stay Safir 18 villa. We chose the villa over any of the luxery hotels simply because we wanted the quiet, relaxed feeling of family time in a home. This villa was everything and more that is was represented as. It contained all the amenities we would have hoped for and then some. Francois, our resident host, was terrific and became a good friend. The contract which we signed with the villa owner(s) was fully delivered without any hassel. While many tourists stayed in the major hotels on the island, we felt we got the best stay at the best price. We would not have done anything different, and our accomodations could not have been better.
