This condo was exactly as the website said. It is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly want for vacation. There are plenty of towels and beach chairs, lots of kitchen accessories and comfortable furniture.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back and would not hesitate to refer others to this rental. We rented "Kate", but I am sure all three condos are similarly stocked with the needed amenities.

We recently stayed at Justin’s Condo from Nov. 3rd to Nov. 16th. The condo was perfect and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Since the condo was a one bedroom it would be an ideal choice for a couple or a couple with a very small family. Ocean Village was a major surprise, a quintessential condo resort. The grounds are well maintained, excellent walkways, bike paths and easy access by car or by foot. Three swimming pools, one large pool with a Tiki Hut, a true Caribbean feel. There is a small nine hole golf course that meanders throughout the resort (note, Justin has clubs for your use in his storage unit). There is an excellent restaurant on the premise, The Inn and South Hutchinson Island has a few excellent restaurants within a five minute drive – Mangrove Matties, Chucks, and Capone’s Hideaway. For added shopping and entertainment, Jensen Beach, 20 minutes to the south and Vero beach, 20 minutes to the north. We would have no hesitancy in renting from Justin again and we expect to do so in the fall of 2013.

I cannot begin to say how much my family and I enjoyed our week in this condo. It was everything it was stated to be plus so much more! We actually come home from vacation relaxed and refreshed. Thanks Justin for all your attention to detail. You have truly thought of everything! We really enjoyed having access to things like the beach umbrella, chairs, and boogie boards. We truly feel in love with Hutchinson Island and Ocean Village and hope to return next year!

My husband and two girls absolutely LOVED Ocean Village and Justin's condo was perfect for the four of us! We arrived on Saturday and the guard at the gate was so friendly, telling us all about the complex and making our arrival very easy. (I must say - I felt better that there was a guard on duty all the time)

The condo is on the first floor which makes unloading and loading the car VERY easy. It's a one bedroom unit but has a ton of space - the kitchen is basically brand new with nice appliances that are clean, and fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. The island in the middle was perfect for our meals and we never felt crowded. The living room has two recliners (which I LOVE!) and a nice couch that made a fold-out bed. Since our girls are 12 and 6, one slept on the couch and the other in a recliner - that was their preference instead of unfolding the couch.

The bedroom had a great King Size bed! Since I have a queen at home, the King was definitely a plus. We had plenty of closet space and the nice thing was that the rental comes with linens, extra sheets, blankets, pillows and all bath towels, etc. We have rented from plenty of places before and sometimes you have to rent your linens - not having to worry about them with the condo was a HUGE plus for us! We brought our own soaps, toilet paper and paper towels because that's how it is everywhere else when you rent a condo, and we did not need a thing!

Laundry is in the kitchen area behind a closet door, so you're able to pack less since you can do laundry during the week. I loved not having to really think about anything except relaxing. The verandah in the back was very nice and looked out over the golf course.

Let's get to the good stuff - the POOLS! The main pool was where we spent most of our time and you just take a quick few block drive over to it. (Or you can walk) I have to say, it was one of the cleanest pools I have ever seen at a complex like this. They also have people who watch the pool to make sure that it's taken care of well and the Tiki Bar is right there so you don't even have to leave to grab lunch. Their green bean fries are delish!

The beach off of the complex is VERY private. One night we had it all to ourselves. We even saw a HUGE starfish and the beach is just very clean and nice. Lots of shells to be found. What I loved best about he whole area was that it was not "touristy" but rather relaxing and just plain fun! Thanks again Justin and Sheree!

My wife and I live in Quebec in Canada and we really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Village. The condo was well equipped with washer dryer, dishwasher, two sinks for the bathroom, television in the living room and master bedroom. We were also impressed by the quality of the complex with swimming pools, fast access to the sea, security guard, outside shower, tennis court and cleanliness of the complex. In short, what is stated in the description of the condo is the reality and even better for having another experience that was not the case!

A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday in a comfortable, I suggest to everyone!

Clean – The unit was very clean on arrival. The drains in the bathtub and sinks don’t drain quickly, so be very mindful of the sand in your clothes and try to keep it to a minimum in the shower.

WiFi – There is free Wifi in the unit. However, the internet stopped suddenly often. This may not be a big deal to most of you since you’re on vacation and likely won’t be in the unit, but if you work remotely for a living (as I do), you may want to make sure you have a more reliable option for internet.

Netflix – There is Netflix in the unit. It’s only installed in the bedroom, not the main room. Some things to be aware of. The Netflix in the unit we stayed in (this owner has two units at this location) only works if no one is using Netflix in the other unit. If they are running their Netflix, you won’t be able to run yours. You’ll get the warning that it is running on “too many devices” and to close them. Also, the Netflix functionality was affected by the lack of internet. Again, this wouldn’t be a big deal to someone who isn’t in the unit much of the time, but one of our party got bad sunburn on the first day down there.

Storage unit – There were some boogie boards in there and some inflatable pool lounges, which you’re not allowed to take in the pool. We never found the umbrella. My fiancé brought his own golf clubs, so I don’t know much about the ones that were in there.

Restaurant – There is a restaurant on site, but it was closed for the summer.

Golf Course – There was a nine-hole-golf course on the site. It is closed all summer.

Bugs – I hate to say it. There are signs all over the apartment talking about how they “Never have problems with bugs, but don’t leave food out.” There were bugs in the kitchen when we arrived, as well as little ant traps on the counters that weren’t working any more. We prepared our meals on the kitchen island to keep away from bugs.


Supplies – Things to take with you that are not at the unit.
• Toilet paper
• Paper towels/Napkins
• Laundry Detergent
• Dish Soap
• Dishwasher soap (if you opt to use it)
• Trash bags (13 gallon)

I guess you should kind of think of it like camping.

All in all, I would say it was a good value for the money. Please take care to read over the terms of the rental and ask Justin for any clarification on items you don’t understand. Have a great vacation!

We have been at Ocean Village for 4 years and this is our first time at this condo. We were so pleasantly surprised to find it so clean and in need of nothing. The kitchen was beautiful and so well stocked with all the paper products that we could need so we didn't have to run out for anything. We appreciated having so many dishes and lots of glassware so we didn't have to run the dishwasher very often. Also, there was a stocked spice cupboard that even included oils that I would not be afraid to use. We also appreciated all the nice linens...lots of towels and nice bedding with crisp sheets. And I can't forget the cleaning supplies that were provided. They thought of everything.
My great joy is breakfast on the sunny lanai with a nice patio set of table and chairs....not bad for cocktails and dinner either! We liked the big new flat sreen TV for our evening enjoyment and we rearranged the furniture so we could view from the two recliners.
There is much to do here. Restaurants are everywhere on and off the island but we really loved going to the new Tiki Bar here at the pool for breakfast or lunch. The prices for food and beverage are really reasonable.
Golf on this challenging little course ( water on 5 of the 9 holes and very well maintained ) is only $3! I was able to use the golf clubs in the storage unit here so we only had to bring my husband's clubs. This condo is just feet from the 8th tee so it is fun to watch people tee off. Simple things like walking the beach everyday and last night was a first for us....we went to the beach to watch the full moon rise...a big orange ball just "pop" out of the ocean. It was awesome.
Our days will end here too soon but we will be back. I must add that Justin has been very good to deal with.

Dear Sharee and Justin,

We have so enjoyed our month here and are so looking forward to being here again in January. You need to know this was our first vacation in the fifty years we have been married, that was over 2 1/2 weeks long. Your condo was as clean as a it could have been. You have it furnished with so many items. It was a matter of walking in the door, hanging up our clothes and we were moved in.

We have left some soap and paper items that obviously had also been left for us. You will find night lights in the drawer of the coffee table. We found them to be useful. When you are not familiar with where you are staying they are helpful when you wake up during the night.
