Contact Person Quick Synopsis: Hi, I'm Tim Miller. I own & operate a small niche management company specializing in nice vacation rentals

on the beach in Cancun Mexico. I would say my knowledge base of Cancun & the hotel zone is very solid. I own vacation rental property in Cancun, I have worked in Cancun, and I take a strong personal interest in each & every unit I manage in Cancun. Almost every picture you see of any one of the rentals or at any one of the resorts was taken by myself personally. I believe that I offer some services & items that currently keep us a head of our competition. These things may appear small on the surface, but I would offer for your consideration the thought that excellence can often be found in the details. For example, if you are traveling with small children, you will find a packnplay (play-pen & sleeper), a high chair & a quality stroller on hand. Or, if you would like to enjoy your favorite drinks down by the pool or beach we welcome you to use the special cooler you will find in any of our units. It is on wheels, super easy to take with you and is also very handy as a pool or beachside table. The convenience might only be outshined by the savings on drinks! This item has been pre-approved for use by the resort, when you are staying at one of our vacation rentals.

Lastly, it's important to know you are in good hands once you arrive to Cancun. Being a small company, I work with a small, tight knit group of terrific people in Cancun that are there for you, our guests. I can arrange for a trip to the Super Walmart grocery store early on in your stay if you like, which saves you money. (there are no grocery stores in the hotel zone-only convenience stores). The cost for this service is $40 & is paid directly to whomever takes you shopping. Everyone in our group in Cancun speaks terrific English and are among the nicest people I have ever known. If you have a need for babysitting services? If so, we can help. Would you like some real Mexican culture? I can arrange to send a professional chef to cook & clean up for you, & at very reasonable prices.

Our most commonly questions:

Should we rent a car?

You don't need to. Cabs and busses run 24/7 & are quick & easy access from the resort. If you prefer a rental car, parking is available. Please see our site for a link to the lowest Cancun rental car rates we have been able to find.

How do we get to the resort? Please visit our website for the most reasonable transfer company we have found in Cancun and specific pricing depending on how many people.

Are there any special rates available on this property and is it available for my dates? We frequently have special rates available that may apply to your dates. Please call or email for any specials we may have on this property or one of our other properties. Please don't forget to include the dates you might be interested in traveling.

Where is the resort located? Please see my website for a map

pinpointing the precise location.

Web browser beginners most commonly asked question:

Why can't I bring up your website?

1) The website address gets typed into the box located towards the top of your computer screen. The other box is for searches.

2) You have to put 'that something' before the resortcondoscancun'dot'com that has to be there for any web site.

If you still have trouble, just email me to request the website link.

About The Owner

Hi, I’m Tim Miller.

My brother and I first purchased our condo in Cancun in 2004. (not Penthouse 3730 here - I take care of several of these larger penthouses in this resort where our unit is that I have come to know over the years) We were excited. It needed improvement and we did the best we could on a limited budget. At the time, financing wasn’t an option for existing condos, so it was a major stretch. Shortly after completing the work, Cancun suffered it’s worst hurricane ever, hurricane Wilma in 2005. Everything inside the condo was destroyed.

We stretched even further and borrowed against everything we had to put everything back together again. Hurricane insurance is so expensive that in the long run you are better off putting the money you would pay for the premium into a savings account. However, in this case it was the short run so boy did we learn. We put our “nose to the grindstone” and we ended up making what we consider outstanding improvements to the condo. For before and after pics of the improvements plus after pics of the destruction of Wilma, please visit our website in the 'about us' section. You should be able to link to our site right from this page. If not, please email us and we can email you back the link.

Thank you.

Tim Miller

Why The Owner chose Cancun

The greatest positive that came out of this whole project was it introduced us to one of the finest person's I'm sure I will ever know. His name is Mike (Miguel). Mike helped with the construction from beginning to end. He ultimately became one of my managers in Cancun and will always be, as long as he desires. What a terrific man. I get emails praising Mike all the time. His family has been in the fishing business for many generations. Now they take tourists fishing or snorkeling. And rest assured, when you stay with us, you get the Royal treatment plus better pricing than any tour company by far if you decide to go out with Mike on the boat for a day. His boat seats up to 14 and it's an experience I highly recommend.

In the end, after the hurricane and the massive renovation, we were able to create a truly “standout” luxurious condo for guests to enjoy. Over time, this evolved into other owner's wanting me to market and manage their nicer places. This condo here, unit #3730, certainly fits the niche we have for Cancun rentals which is spacious, nicer units located in resorts that are right on the beach in the hotel zone. Excellent views are always part of the equation as well.

What makes this condo unique

Nice touches can be found everywhere throughout this unit and the views of both the Caribbean and the bay make it especially appealing.

Spring Break

Submitted: May 7, 2012 Stayed: March 2012
I dared to bring 8 teenagers down for spring break. The condo was very nice and the view was great. The hot tub was just filled with no chemicals and smelled after a couple days. The stove didn't work but they had the all inclusive each day and would eat and drink at the resort. Not great but no one went hungry. Young people all around us not supervised did a lot of damage, not saying my group was perfect but spring break.
Beds were very comfortable and lots of space to spread out for privacy too. The condo needed a good through cleaning and aired out. Never needed a/c just open windows and beautiful breeze would come in.
Easy commute to clubs and shopping by bus. I do not recommend car rental. Hotel security was great they patrolled property regularly.
Tim is a standard a head of most property owners he answered all my questions very quickly and is available any time if needed. He takes pride in helping and making sure everyone has a good trip. Autoro is great he looks after the properties for Tim and does try his best to make your stay great without over imposing.
I would recommend this condo to more younger people that are looking for a nice, safe and on a budget because it was well worth the money.

Had a blast!!

We had 10 ladies in this unit and there was plenty of space and room. The table on the outdoor terrace was wonderful as there was room for all of us to have dinner together outside with the sound of the ocean rolling in and a cool breeze blowing thru. There were two managers who checked in on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Mike took us on a snorkeling excursion to Isla Mujeras and we felt like we had known hiom for years. He's in many of our photographs. The beach outside is splendid, very few rocks and nice white sand beach for miles. We spent many hours laying in the sand. The buses pick you up right at the bottom of the entrance to take you anywhere that you want to go. We went to Wal-mart and stocked all of our cupboards with food and took turns doing the cooking. There is also an all inclusive option that you can use that is either by the day or week if a person did not want to cook. The kitchen is well stocked and very easy to get comfortable in. We would very easily go back there! Tim Miller is very easy to work with and responds to all e-mails quickly and happily. Can't think of any reasons why I would say not to go.

Best Vacation

A few of my friends and family ( 8 of us) stayed here during spring break and had the time of our life. We couldn't have asked for better weather. This place is huge, we could have easily had 12 or more but the price with 8 was still worth it. Two stories, 4 large rooms, washer and dryer, fridge and 4 bathrooms. The best part is the hot tub on the balcony over looking the beach. The hotel was great, two pools with a swim up bar. Snack bar during the day with decent burgers and american food. The activity cordinators had a variety of things going on, had a volley ball tournament, soccer, water baloon fights, water volley ball. There was a buffet, snack bar, Itialian, and fine dining.

I'm not sure if it was TIm or the hotel that introduced us to Miguel but Miguel was our day time actvity planner outside of the hotel. We went to an island and did some shopping, snorkling and swimming. It was enjoyable having someone who could speak english and help us get around. We were going to go deep sea fishing but the winds were too strong the last day we were there.

If you want to enjoy the nightlife I suggest talking to Tavo who does the day time activities by the pool. He drives you there with other guests from the hotel, gets you in without waiting and gets your drinks.

I highly reccomend renting this place, I know we are comming back for 2011.
