We booked this beach house because the photos looked great, but even they don't do it justice. There was just the 2 of us so we had loads of room, but a family could comfortably fit in. There's even a full size basement to send the kids to play table tennis/games if they can't be outside. This place has everything you could wish for and more, and it is all wonderfully clean and perfectly well maintained. I think it was built in 1999 but you'd never guess - it seems almost brand new. It is very well equipped in every respect. Enough about the house: the view is to die for and there are large full-wall windows to take it all in if you can't sit outside. If the weather (and mosquitos) allow, there is a large deck with chairs/loungers and the house sits in its own plot so there's room to spread. There's a boat if you fancy going on the water (but watch the currents) and it's a pleasant walk along the beach. We sat there watching the bald eagles and herons and listening to the moaning of the seals on the bank opposite. Marvellous! Highly recommended.
