We just cannot say enough nice things about this property owner. The best packet of information and instructions we have ever received from an owner. She even called us to tell us the property was ready if we wanted to check in early. We felt right at home, like we were staying at a friend's place, The condo and furnishings were way above what we have ever experienced before from vrbo properties.The most comfortable furnishings and the bed was better than ours at home.The kitchen is fully equipped just like home. Closer to the beach than you would ever get at the Ritz and full ocean view. Comfortable furniture on the balcony made it a great place to watch the ocean. Rent this condo for a wonderful vacation as a family or couple of any age. We had fun at the beach, enjoying the view from the deck and taking the short drive to Fernandina and enjoyed the shops and art gallery. Thank you to the owners for making this property for rent it is amazing. You do a great job.

This was our second vacation at Amelia Island and we had another great time. Jan is a terrific owner and one feels that she will do anything to make your time there very enjoyable. The condo is very comfortable with a great view and everything that you could desire. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. We are planning on coming back next year and are already looking forward to it. Amelia Island is a very nice low key resort with excellent restaurants beautiful scenery.

Once again, our month-long stay at the Barry's Ocean Place beach home was an exceptionally pleasant experience. This was the second time we've spent a winter vacation here, and everything was just perfect, as we expected it would be. Jan has provided everything her guests could possibly need in making this a comfortable and cozy place. It feels like a home away from home. The view from the balcony is spectacular, and the weather allowed for many relaxing hours enjoying watching the surf roll in -- as well as quite a few surfers riding the waves. We are definitely planning another return visit, hopefully next December-January.

My wife and I are finishing a delightful five-day stay and have been very pleased with the property. Having stayed in at least half a dozen other Ocean Place condos, this is definitely the nicest and most tastefully decorated unit. It has everything you would need for a great long weekend or extended stay. There has been a lot of attention paid to the little things, as well as obvious updates, like beautiful new chairs in the den and very nice, new furniture on the balcony. We expect to return here in the future!

Jan, Thank you for another wonderful two week stay in your lovely home. As always, the location and your beautiful condo are perfect. Our son visited with us this time, and he loved it as well. It's so nice to have two separate suites if people are visiting. We also enjoyed the beautiful new washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Everything is so easy at your place. We're already looking forward to coming back next year!

We enjoy the beach in the winter with smaller crowds and a more leasurely pace. This 5th floor, 2 bedroom condo was perfect for my wife and me. It was well appointed and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. It was also well equipped. I would recommend this condo for couples and small families.
