This is a lovely 3 bedroom condo just a block from the beach. This condo has great views of the bay. It was probably the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in. The kitchen equipment was exceptional - plenty of china, glasses and appliances as well as other niceties too numerous to mention. The Regatta complex is gated and secure. There is a great, large pool in the courtyard. The condo is far enough away from the pool not to get any noise.

The area around the Regatta complex has become quite upscale. The new Mercato is a large area of restaurants, shops and a movie theater. It is less than 5 minutes from the condo.

We would certainly return to this condo the next time we are in Naples.

This was our fourth stay at this beautiful condo. It is very well equipped, nicely furnished and comfortable. Beautiful view from the lanai; so peaceful and a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The complex is an easy walk to a beautiful beach, and convenient to all amenities -- great restaurants and shopping are all within a mile or less. Owner is so helpful, responsive and accommodating.

Great Unit - Met all our expectations and more. The unit was immaculate, great proximity to the beach and restaurants. The unit was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The balcony provides a relaxing view of the bay. The kitchen was well stocked and provided all necessary dishes and utencils. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We used the bbq by the pool which was easily accessible and very clean. The owner, Anne, was easy to work with and provided all the information needed on the unit, complex and area to make our stay as smooth as possible. My family and I would definately rent this unit again.

One of the best vacation spots in Naples! Overlooking the bay and just minutes to one of the best beaches in Florida, this was the perfect vacation. The condo itself is stunning, from the décor, pool area, and it’s pristine condition. Anne, our hostess thought of everything that you might need. Perfect night spot as well, with some of the best restaurants in Naples. We would like to thank Anne for a amazing vacation spot.

Fantastic property, great location. Short walk to Vanderbilt Beach. This particular condo is very well maintained, clean, updated appliances and furnishings. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I have two teenage sons and they liked the condo and surrounding area. It is a nice short walk to a busy beach, or stay at the private pool at the Regatta right outside the elevator door. There were many families with small children at the pool, too.
We all used the weight room every day with my husband and met interesting people to talk to. It overlooks the pool, so you can swim when you are done!
The condo and beds were beautiful and comfortable. We don't wear shoes in our house and it was great to stay in a condo where they requested the same. The carpets are nice and clean, not worn or sandy from misuse. It is even nicer than the photos depict. The shower in the master bath is quite large and there is good water pressure.
We loved to eat at a restaurant called Pincers in Tin City, Naples. Great happy hour deals on food from 3-5. The boys liked their jumbo BBQ chicken wings at 60 cents each! They make their own BBQ sauce and it is excellent! They have very fresh seafood which is why we went back many times. Then you can shop Tin City! The Best of Everything store is a must see as well. They have good prices on everything and girls love it. My boys just checked out the girls, and left to visit Starbucks while I shopped!
The owners are very helpful. I would stay here again!

The place was fabulous. Beautiful view of the intercostal. We loved the pool. This is so conveniently close to the beach and great shops. We love the Turtle Club for lunch, dinner and cocktails. The accomodations are beautifully decorated. The breeze off the screened porch is lovely. We would highly recommend the Regatta for the location, pool and beautiful accomodations.

I go to Florida every year for the month of March but this was the first time that I went in January, it was a last minute decision to go as a X-Mas gift for my daughter, 3 granddaughters and my sister. I was extremely fortunate to fine this property available, I was perfectly located within a short walk to Vanderbilt beach, a short ride to downtown Naples and 25 minutes to the airport.
The condo was very comfortable, very clean and very well decorated. The beds were even comfortable which I don't find that to be the case normally. If I had to find one fault with this condo it would be the sad excuse for a shower head in the Master bath.
I would highly recommend this property to everyone and I would rent it again if it is available. (I already tried for March of 2013, but it is booked) :(
