Clean, one story, family friendly, affordable home!
We truly enjoyed this home! Great one level, big open rooms, extremely well maintained and clean. Lots of games provided. Whenever help was called, they arrived promptly, were professional and friendly. Would recommend this home to anyone. Will consider the home again for future trips!

A trip to Waltons Mountain
My Grand mother is in her mid 90's and my mother and her sister are in their 70's. I am listing the age of our party to let other travelers know that this is a great house for seniors. There is no ramp but once you are up a few steps the house is very open and all on one floor. I would recomend this house to any kind of group. We all have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Thank you Rob for a great place.

Awesome Mountain House!!
Just stayed here with 5 girlfriends for a mommy getaway and all of us loved it!! The house had plenty of room and was very clean. This house is super close to everything, ecspecially the spa, where we spent Saturday morning. It was a short drive to discovery ridge where we enjoyed the zipline and summer tubing. I am already starting to plan a trip back to bring my husband and kids. Rob was great to deal with and the checking in and out process was super easy.

Girls Weekend out
The rental house was awesome! The house was a lot larger than we visioned from the on line pictures. Our only issue was not having the hot water turned on at the house when we arrived and tried to take showers.! A phone call fixed the problem. The house is well furnished and so is the kitchen. The DVD player did not work but that was a minor issue for us. Would have liked to use the fireplace but found no instructions on operation

MLK Weekend Gateaway
I put together a trip for friends from various states to hang out for the extended weekend. They were all please and actually impressed with the home and it's amenities. The layout worked for everyone and the location we so close to the lodge for skiing and other activities. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. We were feeding 9 adults each day, so the space was perfect for that. We had a blast and will come back next year if all works out. The realtor was very helpful in getting the transaction completed in a timely, professional manner.

Wonderful!
We stayed a weekend at this house and it was great! It is a lot bigger than the pictures show. There were only 5 adults, but we plan on going back with our kids. The house is really nice and well taken care of. The drive to the slopes from the house is 5 minutes or less! Rob was really great to deal with, we are already planning our next visit and hope to deal with him again!

Perfect House for 2 Families
What a great house at Wintergreen! All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped - and the adjoining dining room was very convenient and the dining table sat 8 very comfortably. The living room area was very roomy and the game table was put to good use! We enjoyed every minute of our vacation at Wintergreen and this house. Rob was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend this house to others!

Great Place for 3 Couples
It was everything the listing said it would be & a lot more. Very well kept and clean. The whole rental process could not have been easier. The owner answered all of our concerns in a timely manner. Would highly recomend this home to anyone wanting a nice place at a great price. We would be very happy to stay here again.
The home was a wonderful option for 3 couples verses hotel rooms.
It gave us a meeting room and each couple had their own bath. The price was very affordable for our budget.

Perfect for our Ski Trip
We had a lovely time at this home for our short ski trip. The accommodations were perfect for the needs
of two families with young children--parents on each end of the house with the kids in the middle. We were pleased how close we were to the ski parking area. Overall we were very comfortable in our home away from home after a long day on the slopes. Thanks for sharing your home!

Fall Weekend Get-Away
Fantastic house! The pictures are very true to life....though I think the house feels even more spacious than the pictures show. Everything was extremely clean and tidy, and the furniture and furnishings were great! Well-stocked kitchen, new appliances, huge bathrooms, tons of extra floor space throughout the house, super-comfy beds, wi-fi service, etc! We ladies were on a weekend get-away trip ..... it was perfect for the 5 of us! We enjoyed our time at the house playing games, scrapbooking, and watching movies....and we enjoyed the beautiful mountain views with the near-by hiking that we did. The only thing I would have changed would have been a better view of the mountains from the house, but that was just a few steps away! It was still pretty around the house, and it was nice that this house wasn't slammed right up against another one.
