Our home is half of a duplex, and is managed with personal care by local professionals (not one of the large condo complexes managed by a large rental management company). Just blocks from the center of town with easy access to all 3 ski resorts, we are 1 block from the nearest shuttle bus stop with free service to Deer Valley, and 2 blocks from the main transit center with free service to Park City Mountain, The Canyons, and everything else in the area. We are 3 blocks from Main St, the center of Old Town Park City, lined with shops & restaurants, and site of the Sundance Film Festival. We are 5 blocks from the nearest ski lift (the Town Lift). In spite of the convenient location, it is very quiet; we are far enough from Deer Valley Dr (the main road from town to Deer Valley) that there is very little traffic noise, our unit is in the back of the duplex so the deck (with hot tub) is private, and there are no shared walls with the other unit in the duplex and nobody living above (or below) us.
A rental vehicle is not needed. Within a few blocks are dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars, night clubs, ice cream and candy shops, liquor stores, art galleries, book stores, shopping (high end boutiques, T-shirt shops, souvenir shops, ski shops, etc.). The free shuttle buses provide access to everything else (ski slopes, golf courses, supermarket - open 24 hours, drug store, liquor store, cinemas, video rental, shopping centers including a Tanger Factory Outlet Center, etc.). The wait for the free shuttle service on the major bus routes is less than 5 minutes.
This is a perfect location for the Sundance Film Festival just 3 blocks from Sundance Film Festival headquarters.

We purchased this property primarily for our own use so it is comfortable and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, dishes, glassware, pots and pans, utensils, and everything you need for in-house meals. The bedrooms are well-decorated and large enough (140 square feet and 110 square feet) to be comfortable. You will find new cotton linens and towels, humidifiers in each bedroom, plenty of hangers in the closets, hair dryer, iron, etc. Our unit is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player and connector for your ipod/MP3 player, high speed wireless internet, and a private hot tub.
Winter in Park City is well known for its world class skiing. Within minutes of our home there are 3 major ski resorts (Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, and The Canyons). Alta and Snowbird are less than 1 hour drive. Snowbasin and Powder Mountain are about 1.5 hours drive. Other winter activities include snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing & ice skating at the new indoor ice facility. Numerous private spas and health clubs are nearby (some just a few blocks walk away) to pamper your every need.
Summer and fall are a pleasant surprise to first time visitors. Summer activities include golf, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, horse back riding, swimming, and shopping. Deer Valley hosts a summer music festival, and there are free outdoor music performances in and around town almost every day. Summer weather is cool, dry, and the evenings are long and comfortable.
The FREE shuttle buses provide service throughout the area. We are located 2 blocks from the main transit center, the hub for access to everything.

I started skiing with my family in 1969. I have since been an avid skier for over 40 years and have always wanted to own a place like this, just down the street from the ski slopes. The photo shows me skiing here in Utah a few years ago, first run of the morning after a typical Utah powder dump. I ski regularly with my family (my two daughters, my brother and his two sons, and my father). I taught my two daughters to sk and they now follow me down the double black diamond runs. My dad, now over 70, is right there with us. We had been coming here to Park City for ski vacations, which led me to buy property here.
I decided to buy this particular condo, of all the places for sale in Park City, for several reasons. It is convenient, just blocks from the center of town with easy access to all 3 ski resorts.
