The VERY BEST way to vacation

The property is wonderful, room for the entire family to enjoy group time in the game room or pool area and private bedroom space to unwind. The location is great to WDW and you feel very safe and at home. We are repeat WDW guest and have always stayed on WDW property until this time. After a long day in the park the kids loved the pool while some of the adults were able to prepare dinner then unwind in the hot tub. When we didn't want to cook there were plenty of near by great places to eat that were MUCH cheaper than eating at the parks. I can never relax at the pool at a motel/hotel because I am always trying to keep my eyes on the grandkids, I didn't have that problem because it was only us in the pool. Everything was top quality, the dishwasher stopped working and a new one was installed immediately. The very best of all was the wonderful customer service. I look forward to our next stay.

The best place to stay

Our family of 8 stayed here for 5 nights. It is possibly the best place to stay ever along all the years staying at resorts, hotels, or motels. We didn't needed much to begin with as we only needed a place to sleep at night while spending all day touring the Orlando area. We didn't want to spend a great deal of money just to "sleep".
We gotten so much more than just a place to sleep. Everyone got a comfortable bed to sleep in and more. The house came with a hot tub which everyone enjoyed. We didn't use the private pool very much but it was there when kids wants to play in it. Never had to fight with other people like in a public hotel pool.
One small hitch during our stay, the water filter for the pool broke during our stay. I wrote an e-mail to notify "Vic", the property manager, in the morning and it was repair immediately while we were out during the day and we were able to continue to enjoy the pool when we came back like it was never broken.
Big 2 thumbs up to the property manager "Vic" as he was able to reach at all time of the day. E-mail communication was reply promptly. He even helped us save a ton on Disney Park Passes.
Thank you for providing a perfect place to stay for our awesome vacation. If we ever return to Orlando, this will be the place to stay.

We had a wonderful vacation.
The pool was perfect temperature. The kids loved the hot tub and the pool toys, The house was comfortably air conditioned, clean, plenty of towels, lots of bedroom space with a great big television We loved the kitchen and cooked almost every meal here. The wireless internet was a wonderful plus for our family with all the kids and their iPods. The gated community was great too and in a good location, within minutes of shopping, groceries, and restaurants. The support was wonderful.

Sun Villa-Perfect Christmas Vacation

Villa described perfectly on the listing. The house was spotless and looks like a brand new home. The decor is beautiful and relaxing. There is access to any restaurant, store, attraction or activity you can think of...if you want to leave the house.

Clean, Well-Maintained, Amazing Service, Perfect

Wonderful first impression. You have to actually see the Villa to fully appreciate it. High ceilings and open views. The formal living room is incredibly extravagant. Overall it was the perfect place for our vacation.
Most important to me was the high level of support. In general, the service was both quick and efficient. In many ways the support exceeded expectations. I was provided with an information package with creative ideas, discounts and things to do. Rick took the time to help us make the most of our park visit. His suggestions saved us a lot of time (and money) which allowed us to do some things we had not thought of.
Out of all the properties that I have stayed at, this tops the list.

Wonderful Experience

Had a wonderful time in a spacious, fairly well equipped house and owner Vic was very helpful and available all along the way. Very handy to all the Parks although you do need to have a car.

Great Time Had by All!

First of all let me comment that the owner is a wonderful gentleman who is very accomidating and informative. He was responsive to our needs and wanted to make certain that we enjoyed our visit. In terms of the house itself, the location is excellent in terms of visiting Disney and Universal which were our primary goals. It also proved to be a welcome home after a long day of walking. We enjoyed the pool and the bedrooms were a nice size for our family of 6. It was also great to have a nice family room and game room for additional fun activities. If there was any downside it was that a few items needed to be fixed in the home. None of these caused any issues, but were more inconveniences that the owner was not aware of. Being as responsive as he is, I am sure that they were addressed before the next visitor. Overall, we were very happy with this property and suggest that others consider it when in the Orlando area.

Orlando vacation

I have to admitt, I was very nervous about sending a check to a complete stranger and hoping that we would have a house to stay in when we arrived. Vic sensed that and called me right up and put my mind at ease. He was very kind and easy to work with as well as helpful with anything we wanted to know about the area.
As far as the house, it is just as described. It was so much more private then all of the other houses we looked at and so peaceful. The house was very large, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I loved the master suite!! The pool area was my favorite place and with the heating, the pool was like bath water which was nice on those days lacking the sun. We also enjoyed the hot tub at night. The location is very convenient to all of the Disney Parks and any restaurants or souvenier shops you could possibly want. I would definately stay here again when visiting the area.
