Third year staying at the Red Neck River Ranch. Great to see some upgrades happening. Love the private, spacious balconey with a great view of the grounds and pool area. Third bedroom offers needed extra space. Secure WiFi and flat screen TVs appreciated. DVD player could use update to BlueRay capability. Direct contact with owner to respond to any needs that arise is effective and efficient. Condo complex and grounds are very well maintained this year. Hope the upgrades continue - fabric sofa in living room showing some serious wear. Had some problems with the master bedroom bedding - although the mattress is new, the linens do not stay on the bed - could use a padded mattress cover to increase comfort and 'staying' power of sheets. We will look forward to returning to this condo.

Recientemente estuvimos de vaciones en este magnifico lugar,eramos tres familias que lo pasamos muy bien, la casa está muy comoda y limpia y ni el frio que hacia nos impidió disfrutarlas, con gusto regresaríamos solo que en verano para disfrutar del rio.

10 of us guys stayed at the Redneck River Ranch and it was awesome. Close to everything, plenty of sleeping room and clean! The owner is really great to work with and helpful. Next time we are in the area this will be the 1st place we look to.

Riverfront Condo

We had a very comfortable stay at the RNRR.There was plenty of space for all 14 of us to sleep comfortably. Booking was easily done and check in was as easy as walking up to the front door. The location of the condo was perfect; a couple blocks away from waterpark and a short 2min. drive to tubing. The river was a great place for photos behind the condo. Thank you Rhonda for renting us your place! :)

Our extended family had a great visit to the condo. It was a little tight, especially in the living room/kitchen area, for 13 people (which included 4 small children) but there were enough places for everyone to sleep, which was most important. The beds, with the exception of the sleeper sofas, were extremely comfortable -might want to bring some egg crate padding if you are planning on using those pull out sofa beds! Well furnished and the location can't be beat! We tubed the Comal, went to Schlitterbahn 2x, and visited Gruene and it was easy to do it all! Great owner communication.

Very nice place. Plenty of space for two families with the bunk beds in the "kids" room. This would be especially fit for families with younger children. There is a lot of open space outside and at the pool. River access and Schlitterbahn within walking distance. We loved it.

Awesome vacation rental! Great for families.

We had a FANTASTIC time at he Redneck River Ranch! Was perfect for our two families with 4 kids ages 10 to 14.
The park-like backyard was perfect for the kids to run around, right on the Comal, it was close to Schlitterbahn and a short drive to the Guadalupe.
The kitchen was great for meal prep, indoor our outdoor seating for meals and grills on the grounds. The washer and dryer was awesome to keep up with the dirty clothes and wet towels. The bunk bed room fit our kids perfectly and the "grown up" beds were very comfortable. It was on the ground floor and easy to haul all of our bags in from the parking lot. The WiFi was an added bonus.
We will definitely recommend it to our friends and we would love to go back!

This is a great spot! Great location, very close to New Braunfels but with a super quiet huge back yard. Beautiful trees and grass with barbecue pits and picnic tables.
The condo is great for many sized groups. Lots of bedding options with very comfortable beds. The appliances are quite new and everything is very well maintained.

Wonderful Stay!!

We gathered to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday and had a group of 11 (mostly adults). We had plenty of sleeping room. The condo had everthing we needed and was so close that we walked to Schlitterbuan. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well. We loved the big back yard area and the grills with picnic benches. We also enjoyed sharing movies with the surrond sound television! We would definitely recommend this for families! Thanks so much Fonda!

The photos shown on internet were very accurate. We got what we expected. We had fun on the river and at the pool. Back yard was huge. We used the bar-b-que pit. The kids enjoyed playing the games that were supplied by the condo. Place was nice and neat and very clean. Would recommend it to friends and family. We all had a great time.
