3 Level Townhome backs to a pond located in community 5 minutes (2 miles) from Bethany Beach boardwalk. There is a community swimming pool and tennis court just a short walk away. The house has a large kitchen/dining area, a large sun room, a living room, and a large recreation room with a small pool table. There is a washer and dryer. This house easily sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and numerous couches and futons. There are 3 full baths. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is well stocked. There are four TVs and numerous VCR and DVD players. Lots of games, books, videos. Everyone who stays here loves it. Will allow dogs but sorry, no cats.

Nearby Attractions: The Atlantic Ocean and beach resorts of Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Rehobath Beach, and Ocean City are all nearby. The area has numerous public golf courses, several amusement parks, many fishing, boating and sailing opportunities. There is eco-tourism plus rental boats, bikes and jet skis. You are very close to several bays. There are lots of great restaurants just a short drive away. There are a number of close state parks and recreation areas. The area is rich in history. In the summer months there is live entertainment at the Bethany Boardwalk. A large number of the resort bars have live entertainment. In the nearby communities there are a number of miniature golf courses and water slides. There are classic beach boardwalks in Bethany Beach, Rehobath and Ocean City.

Great for a large family

We rented out this townhouse in for a week in June. The place is exactly as describes. We had plenty of room with full three floors, considering that we brought 10 people. Only a short drive to the beach but they had trolley services that would pick you up and drop you off if you didn't want to drive. Did some crabbing while we were there which was a lot of fun. The place was stocked with everything that we needed to cook and clean. We really enjoyed ourselves and would certainly stay again.

Perfect House For a Big Family

I am the oldest of 5 kids and I rented this house for two weeks for my whole family. This included all my siblings and my parnets. Most of us have kids now so we needed a big place that was family friendly. This place was perfect. We loved using the pool and how close it is to Bethany beach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
