The kitchen/dining/living area is a large open airy living space with a cathedral ceiling. It's great for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up something quick in between your trips to the beach. Open one of the many front windows to feel the wonderful ocean breezes. You can watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or just enjoy the view while relaxing on the large comfortable sectional sofa.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with it's own private bathroom with a shower/tub. It has a flat screen TV, DVD Player & an iPod Docking Station/Alarm Clock Radio. It is furnished with a sitting chair & stocked bookcase for those who like to read before going to bed.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, sitting chair & a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin-size beds. Each bedroom has its own closet, dresser, night stand(s), ceiling fan, overhead light, & cable/phone connection. Each bedroom has a hard-wired smoke detector with an additional one in the hall & kitchen/living area. There are fire extinguishers in the kitchen & master bedroom closet.

There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the entire home.

Wireless (WiFi) internet service is accessible anywhere on the property. Unlimited local & long distance calling within the USA & Canada is also included.

The house has central air conditioning & heating. The laundry room is conveniently located on the main floor inside the house. There is a hot & cold outside shower in addition to the 2 full bathrooms. For those who fish there is a hot & cold working sink next to the outside shower to clean off your catch. The fully-fenced yard & gated porch provide peace of mind for those traveling with dogs or children. Enjoy the ocean breezes while picnicking underneath the house in the shade--or lounge in the hammock.

RENTAL DETAILS/INFORMATION:

Your children & dogs are most certainly welcome at Tropical Breeze. (Sorry, but we can only accommodate dogs). We do charge a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first dog & $50 for each additional dog with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please let us know what type of dog(s) you have. We do not discriminate against any breeds as long as you assure us that they are friendly, housebroken & well behaved. There is also a $250 security deposit required which will be refunded to you within 30 days after your stay provided there is no damage or no treatments are needed. With regard to your furry friends staying with you, please be respectful of others coming to stay at Tropical Breeze & the neighbors. Please try to contain any excessive barking & always clean up after your dog. We ask this of you so we can continue to allow dogs at Tropical Breeze.

Linens can be provided for an additional fee (see rates). Departure maid service is included free of charge. We just ask that you complete a few small tasks prior to leaving which we will tell you about. We ask that you please leave the house in as good condition or better as you found it.

Check-in Time is 4 PM during Peak Season & 3 PM during Off-Peak Season. Check-out Time is 10 AM (sorry, but we cannot accommodate late check-outs due to the timeframe allocated by the cleaning service).

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly rentals are available from September 15th through to April 15th of each year with a 3-night minimum stay. The pet fees & security deposit also apply for shorter lengths of stay.

We have a strict occupancy limit of up to 6 people. Unfortunately, Tropical Breeze cannot accommodate more than 6 people. Sorry, but we cannot rent to groups, house parties, or anyone under the age of 24.

Current state & local occupancy taxes of 12.75% will apply to your entire rental amount including pet fees & linen service if selected.

A 50% deposit is required within 7 calendar days of making a reservation. The balance will be due 30 days prior to check-in. If your check-in date is less than 30 days from your reservation date, the full amount will be due upon making your reservation. If your 50% deposit is not received within 7 calendar days of making your reservation, we will have to cancel your reservation.

Cancellations: We are sorry, but we cannot refund any monies unless & until the house re-rents for the same time period & the new deposit is received. If you must cancel your reservation & the house re-rents to another party & we have received their deposit, we will refund your money less a $50 cancellation fee.
