Only 1,300 feet from Pleasant Rd. Beach (8 houses). Not an old and dated cottage – all sparkling clean and new - must see! Completely renovated and very tastefully decorated; single level house with enclosed, three season porch and large patio for added living space. All new stainless kitchen appliances, as well as new bathroom with washer and dryer. Cable TV and DVD player, iPod speaker dock and radio. Outdoor shower, storage shed and quiet neighborhood. There are four window AC units. No smoking and no pets.
This fully renovated and very comfortable cottage is only 8 houses from a Nantucket Sound beach (1,300 feet). It is in a quiet neighborhood with many year-around and full-summer residents. The mid-Cape location makes it easy to explore from Falmouth to Provincetown. Walking distance to a couple restaurants, miniature golf and some shopping. A large supermarket a short dive away.

I seriously can not find one bad thing to say about this rental. The owner Jeff, was wonderful with communication in the months leading up to our arrival. The house is IMMACULATE!! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. The bedrooms are decorated very nicely and the house just has the perfect cape home vibe. There is a 3 season room which was perfect to sit and have some wine and perfect for our little boys to play. Landscaping was very nice around the house, and having a washer and dryer there was a lifesaver for us. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the beach had bathrooms which was helpful. We can't wait to return and hope to stay longer next summer :) Thanks again Jeff!!!

Glorious, Glorious Cape!
Fabulous is the best word to describe our stay in October! Weather was just right, temperature was just right for bike riding the Rail Trail, shopping was plentiful and the restaurants served us the best food! Will be back, we love it there....cottage is perfect and very well maintained. Heaven on earth! Jeff and Barbara are thoughtful owners and good hosts...

Twice, As Nice!
This was our second stay at this lovely vacation cottage. Our family enjoyed another wonderful week in modern, comfortable and *exceptionally* clean comfort. We thought it couldn't look or feel any more welcoming than in our original visit, but the always friendly and helpful owners had made additional improvements since 2011. This is the perfect location, whether you enjoy the beach (just a short, pleasant walk away), unwinding with a good book on the bright and airy three season porch, or barbecuing in the lovely, well maintained back yard. We will be back!

Exceeded expectations!
I can be pretty picky, but this rental exceeded all expectations. It is exactly as advertised - nice renovations, very clean/well maintained and quite comfortable for up to 6 people. You can easily walk to a nice public beach (even with little kids in tow), and the back yard is great for grilling and playing. This house has all the amenities you could want, and the owner was very accommodating and helpful as we planned our trip. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the Cape!

Amazing Rental!
The owner was so accommodating with a last minute change in dates and always responded to inquiries in a very timely manner. I was happy to be able to get in earlier than anticipated. The home was absolutely IMMACULATE! It does look as perfect as the pictures! The rental is in a perfect location, close to the beach and many restaurants. I definitely plan to return next summer!

Adorable Harwich House
I stayed at the house when I was in Harwich for a wedding. It was incredibly clean, very nicely decorated, and super cute! It's a five-minute walk to the beach, and we enjoyed walking there in the morning and then coming back and having breakfast out in the backyard. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with, and the house was better than we could have expected. I liked it so much that I'm trying to figure out how soon I can come back to the Cape!

Adorable Harwich Rental
This rental was absolutely perfect. We were in the Harwich area for a wedding and the house fit 6 adults comfortably. The house is clean, updated, and just .2 miles from the beach. We look forward to our next visit. Jeff, the owner was terrific to work with too. No need to look any further for a rental!

A Lovely Spot
I would echo the previous great reviews. The listing description is accurate, but pictures can't fully capture all the special decorator touches that make this cottage unusually bright, airy and comfortable. And we have never stayed at a cleaner rental property. The owners are charming and more than responsive, and the location, within .2 mi of the ocean beach, is hard to top. I would highly recommend a stay to anyone visiting the Harwich area.

Perfect Cape Cod Cottage
This is the perfect Cape Cod cottage. Our family of 5, including children 20, 15, and 9, enjoyed every minute here. The cottage is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and a short walk to a great beach. The owners were wonderful and the neighbors friendly. We will be back!

The Perfect Vacation Home on the Cape!
After two months of searching for a vacation home/cottage that I liked and met our families needs, I finally found it! This was an excellent vacation rental for us while visiting the Cape. It is absolutely charming and beautifully decorated. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. It has all the comforts of home and amenities that a family needs. The grounds are lovely and nicely landscaped as well.
Our stay was so nice, we did not want to leave. We will most definitely stay here on our next visit to Cape Cod (no need for me to search again).
