2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen (with laundry), sleeps up to six.

This condo is located at popular Madeira Vista condominiums. ('Madeira Vista - the closest condo to the water') Our southwest corner (not end) location gives you an unobstructed south and west view from our balcony area. The master bedroom is also directly on the beach.

Our superbly-kept building had a newly-refurbished pool in a full-sized courtyard, four brand new natural gas grills and seven large picnic tables on our large picnic deck, on site management that is here to help you, and an ideal location. We are close to everything, but OUT of the traffic and construction zones.

Our nonsmoking condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. It is fully stocked with linens, towels, glassware, silverware, appliances, etc. There are three TVs, VCR, and DVD. If we don't have it, ask the management!

Madeira Vista: We are closer to the water than nearby condos, giving us a completely unobstructed view in all directions. Because of our unusual placement, you also have insulation from Gulf Blvd traffic noise. Our downstairs, instead of being the typical 'parking challenge', is a huge picnic deck with 7 large picnic tables and 4 brand new natural gas grills.

Our on site resident managers, Jack and Jacquie, are here to help you enjoy your stay. Not only are they 'handy' to have around, when you check in they will give you a packet of coupons for some of their favorite local things-to-do and places-to-eat. They are always around with helpful hints or directions.

This was our second year staying at this condo. The condo was very clean, more than enough room for our family of 5. The view is wonderful and the sound of the waves can be heard with the bedroom window open just a crack at night. The only thing I forgot to pack was a blow dryer which our unit did not have. But we love the whole condo facility and would return again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Young Children

This was our third year at Madeira Vista and once again Jack & Jacquie made us feel like part of the family. The view from each unit is absolutely spectacular. The BBQ area is just wonderful and unique. In short we love being there and look forward to our return visit next year. The dolphins were plentiful and awesome and the sunsets were incredible. Try it you won't be sorry.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
