Our stay at the Holiday Villas III (unit 610) was GREAT. We were offered this place for vacation after dealing with 8 grueling months of cancer with our daughter. I am happy to say that our vacation stay was very great and the unit was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was very nice, clean, right on the beach, and comforting.
There was quite a few things to do there, and our 3 kids (12, 5, and 1) love it there. You had the heated pool and the ocean at your disposable. The condo was very welcoming; you had the option to buy groceries in the area and stay in or there were lots of restaurants in the area you can eat at.
I can't really complain about anything there, except for maybe that we wish it wasn't cloudy so much. :)
The photos and listing of what the place appeared to be was very accurate. We didn't have any problems at all during our stay.
I highly recommend staying at this condo building and especially our Unit #. (610). I would love to have the chance for our family to go again someday and enjoy everything we did the first time around.

We absolutely loved this condo!!! It was so clean and spacious. Everything you can think of was there. We were able to make breakfast and lunch every day in the condo. The bedrooms were so big and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were gorgeous!! We were very much suprised on all the beach stuff in the closet. We used the chairs and our boys used the floats.
Thank you for letting us stay at your condo. If we are back around that way, we will most definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this condo the last week of March, 2011. It is a gorgeous condo, very clean, with an amazing view from an enormous balcony. You have a great view of the intercoastal, with a fishing dock right there, and the drawbridge visible (my kids loved that), and the gulf visible from the side. The furniture is really nice, TV in every room of the home, great kitchen with huge granite countertop/bar area, and granite in both bathrooms. Two things to be aware of which were listed here but I didn't notice is that the washer and dryer are available on the floor the unit is on by the elevators, not inside the unit, so you have to pay, but that wasn't a huge deal. The other is that parking is across Gulf Blvd. for this unit, but they allow you to park right by the elevators to unload groceries, bags, etc., so it's not a really big deal unless it's raining, which we unfortunately had some of this week. Other than that, the beach and location are perfect, the condo is great, pool is wonderful and warm, would stay here again in a heartbeat, enjoy!!

comfortable, and what a location!!! Truly we felt like
we were in paradise!!! We saw dolphins right from
the balcony :) We most definitely would want to

What an awesome time we had staying in your condo. The only problem we had was the trip was to short. One week is not enough. The place was beautiful and so clean. It had all the amenities you could want and then some. It is so nice to get up in the morning and sit on the deck with my coffee and watch for the dolphins. If life was like this everyday we would all live to be 100. It was so relaxing. I have to get my vacation planned for next year so I can get your condo again. Your bed was more comfortable than mine at home. Can't say enough about it. It is beautiful. Thanks again for sharing it with us.

We stayed with 4 other friends at the condo over New Year's Eve 2004 and had the best and one of the most memorable New Year's Eve's ever! We rang in the new year by swimming, playing games on the round table, then going down to the beach at midnight - everyone was out there celebrating with us.
We took a trip up North one day and went snorkeling with the Manatees which was amazing. We loved John's Pass too - it isn't difficult to find something fun to do every day or you can just relax at the pool or by the beach.
Our stay was before all the renovations and we thought it was wonderful then, so we would definitely like to stay again soon. Everything you need and want is in this condo.
I would recommend staying here to anyone, it is a wonderful experience!

We had the pleasure of staying here last summer. The beach is beautiful, and the condo is so comfortable and convienently located. We are planning another stay for this summer, and we can't wait to see the new updates. The guest book was a great addition to your website!

The condo is absolutely beautiful! The balcony was wonderful, and we did see dolphins in the waterway a couple of mornings we were there. The beach is lovely, too, and our 2.5 year-old fell in love. It was a wonderful stay! You have certainly made a welcoming, comfortable home for people, and we'll be telling people about your condo for years to come! I hope we can return some day, and maybe even spend more time. Oh, and Grammy loved having the space and the kitchen so she could fix her tea & toast in the mornings!
