Perfect place for a quiet vacation with nature. Very unique vacation spot on the lake but in the woods. Home has a vaulted ceiling in the common area. Comfortable rooms, 2740 sq.ft. of living area, private dock on Clark Hill/Thurmond Lake (a corps of engineers lake, one of the largest inland bodies of water in the south with 1200 miles of shoreline, more than 100 islands covering 70,000 acres), private stocked fish pond.
Enjoy the lake, walk in the woods, fish, swim, boat, golf or just relax. 3 bikes on the property to use, piano and exercise equipment at the home. Wilderness recreation area & wild turkey reserve just a mile away with 12 miles of horse trails.

We had a blast. Nice covered dock in nice quiet cove. Good think too...one of our jetskis got loose twice. Pool is very nice..screened so no bugs to bother you. House is at end of the road...real rustic and secluded. No one bothers you unless you invite them. Things to improve....ice maker jammed on fridge, and light out over island. IF THIS PLACE IS STILL AVAILABLE WE WILL PROBABLY DO IT AGAIN IN 2 YEARS. Guys like the lake....women like the beach....Next year it is to the beach!!
