Great place to stay in a very good location. The condo was very spacious, comfortable, and well-equiped, especially the kitchen with for example sharp knives which are hard to come by in a rental. We also loved the location, close to many restaurants and the main strip. Jerry, the owner, was also friendly, well-organized, and available to help with whatever we needed. The only drawback at all was some noise here and there from the neighbors above us - to be expected in a first floor condo. I would highly recommend this to my friends and plan on coming back sometime in the future.

Living in Denver for the past twenty two years, my husband and I (and two boys) most definitely have had our share of good and bad experiences with mountain properties. I have to say, this condo rated as one of the best in terms of value for your money and quality of property. The owner was amazingly gracious and easy to deal with, and he went well above and beyond to ensure that our stay was satisfactory. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the condo, and if you have been to Winter Park, you are well aware that not all condos are created equal!! The condo was well equipped with the necessities and it was spotless. The owner takes great pride of ownership and it shows. It is close to everything, and right on the busline. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo for our family ski trip. The unit is very spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies/bedding and amenities for the week. Centrally located in Winter Park it was super easy to get to the mountain to ski and walk downtown for a bite to eat.

The owner is very diligent on following up on all inquiries and needs. We would definitely rent from him again!

Perfect Family Getaway

My family which includes 2 teenagers went to Winter Park for our first ever ski vacation over Spring Break - it was quite an adventure. Winter Park was awesome and Jerry's condo was perfect for my family. It is the perfect location for both skiing and dining in town. The condo was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and very spacious (including large closets). We also enjoyed the clubhouse, hot tub, fire pit and the sledding park across the street. I would not hesitate to stay here again and to recommend it to family and friends. Jerry was very informative, friendly and easy to work with.

Great Skiing Vacation

This is the second time I have rented Jerry's condo, and I had another great ski vacation in Winter Park. This condo is centrally located within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in downtown. And is also two minutes walk from the ski shuttle. The unit is clean, well maintained, and well appointed. The Club House in new and very well maintained. The location is set back far enough that there is no traffic noise and the neighbors are all friendly and quiet. Already planning to return next season.

Lovely winter refuge

We spent 5 wonderful days during the Christmas-New Years holiday in Jerry's condo. We were in WP to ski and relax. The apartment is conveniently located on the bus line to the resort and within walking distance of the main part of town. There are some nice cross country trails in the back of the property that we took for winter walks when we weren't on the slopes. The condo itself was very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. It was nice and warm especially with the gas fire on. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils and linens too. We have only good things to say about our stay our stay! Also, it should be said that communication with Jerry, the owner, was friendly, prompt and helpful.

We stayed here a few days during Christmas 2012. Nicely done Jerry ! Clean & well furnished, with good stuff (not the usual 20 year old bargain utensils). Places for all the furnishings are well labelled, made it easy to put it all back after cleaning up. Great floorplan, nice master suite with a wonderful bath. Right in town so if you came without a car, you can walk or shuttle anywhere you need. This condo will be on our short list for the next trip to WP/Fraser.

We stayed at Jerry's condo for a one week vacation in June 2012. The condo is bigger than it appears in the photos and is centrally located in downtown Winter Park. We have 2 kids (both under the age of 5) and found the condo, the town, and the businesses to be very kid friendly. A large playground and skate/bike park are less than 2 minutes away, as is a bike path heading either towards the ski resort or towards Frasier. We had a great experience!
