Welcome to Casa Villa! Our luxury 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, marinafront condo offers true luxury with a private terrace overlooking the marina malecon & Marina yatch! Our tropical paradise offers both tranquility and close proximity to the magic of Puerto Vallarta’s Old Town center.

We are located just 5 minutes of the airport on the Marina. Our location will please both those who appreciate being just out side of town on the marina Vallarta but close enough to enjoy Vallarta's world-class fine dining, cultural & art attractions, vibrant night life and many activities.

Building features: Quiet, marina front with on-site parking, 24/7 security, 9am-5pm bilingual reception/concierge, large pool and sun deck with loungers and umbrella tables and chairs, pool side grill, pool side washrooms and showers, secure, gated beach access, bus stop at front door, plentiful taxi service.

Kitchen & Balcony: Kitchen: side-by-side fridge,purified drinking water dispenser; full size gas stove with range hood, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, food processor and all utensils, dishes, glassware and cutlery, full selection of Teflon cookware.

The condo is beautiful, just as the pictures show. The view from the terrace/balcony is awesome. The staff, Doris and Leo were friendly and helpful and very professional. Doris can help you with tours, getting around, car rental, etc. Leo whenever we came into the building he was always there to see if we needed any assistance. We went to several restaurants, would recommend Tino's which the food and service was excellent. Also very close to the condo inside the Lindo Mar Hotel, named La Playita Restaurant, you can see the sunset from your table and very close to the beach that with a jump you can get right in.
Arlene went out of her way to make our stay very pleasant one. I would definitely recommend the place to friends and we would go back again.

i haven't had a chance to thank you for making our vacation a memorable one. The place was absolutely great. I must tell you, it was well beyond my expectations. Doris and all the personnel there were very friendly and made us feel at home. The location is perfect and the beach access is great. It's a nice private beach with no vendors. The water was calm. It is the perfect getaway. we ventured 2-3 times into town for dinner and drinks. In general, it is the perfect area for relaxing and at the same time, there is plenty of things to do.
Your condo is in perfect condition. I cannot think of anything else that you need to add.

My wife and I will rent it for sure again in the future (if available of course). And I have already recomended it to some of the employees at work. I hope you don't mind.

Once again, thanks for everything. And I hope we can do this again soon. I know my wife will enjoy that again.
