It has a small front yard with seating area, gas BBQ grill and your own fountain. It feels very open and bright as it has many windows including two large windows on the front that let in lots of sunlight and allow you to enjoy the green palm trees in your front yard.Throughout the house you will find hardwood floors and ceilings with recessed lighting. The living room has comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV with DVD and sound system. The designer sleeper sofa can sleep another person comfortably if necessary. Adjacent to the living room is a small and intimate dining room containing a large glass top dining table that seats up to six. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator with icemaker and everything else you could possibly need. Both bedrooms have comfortable King size beds, 32" flat screen TVs, iPod compatible radio/alarm clocks and walk-in closets. The bathroom has been upgraded and contains a full size tub with shower. This vacation home is decorated with great artwork, including work from local artists.To the side of the house is a laundry room with your own washer and dryer. The unit comes with cable TV and HBO, high speed wireless internet access, as well as phone service with unlimited local and long-distance calling.Apartment/house is offered completely furnished with contemporary furniture, high thread count linens and towels.As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.
