Our condo at Holiday Toweris (a concrete/steel structure) is located on the 12th floor and just 250 yards from the edge of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC. Our family-friendly, fully-furnished panoramic oceanview condominium has 1264 sq. ft. and is located at 6th Ave. S and Ocean Blvd. The living area includes a private balcony, living/dining area, and master bedroom, each with a scenic view of the ocean. The other 2 bedrooms each have a side view to the pool. The unit accommodates up to 8 with a king, 2 queens, and 2 single beds.
The living/dining area has cable TV/DVD. Each bedroom has cable TV/VCR. There is a separate room within the unit where you will find a washer and dryer (and iron and ironing board if one really wants to work on vacation!!).

Our condominium is about ten minutes from the airport and major highways, so it is very accessible no matter how you travel. There are 100+ golf courses, amusement areas (Family Kingdom next door), shopping areas (Grand Strand Mall, Broadway at the Beach, and Tanger Outlet). Live entertainment venues include Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, The Palace Theatre, etc. All are located within an approximate 25 minute drive of the condo. The Grand Strand Mall is about 10 minutes away.
AGE LIMIT: Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Failure to comply will result in loss of reservation. Sorry, but we do not rent to high school/college groups. Eviction and no refunds will be given if we find such groups using our unit. We are basically a family oriented complex. Your adherence is appreciated.
PETS: Holiday Towers and owner rules prohibit any guests/owner from bringing pets to property. Those found to have pets on/in property will be evicted and no refund will be given.
GRILLS: No grills are allowed on the balcony. This is a Myrtle Beach Fire Dept. regulation code. Grills are located at the pool area for guests/owners.
SMOKING: Please smoke outside of our unit. Smoking can be done on the balcony. Inside smoking may pose a problem for the next guests. Please be respectful to others by adhering to this No Smoking Inside Our Unit. If it is evident that smoking has occurred inside our unit when our cleaning company arrives, guests will be assessed $75.
BREAKDOWNS: One of our main goals is to keep everything in good working order as we have presented our unit to you. If there is a breakdown, we will do everything possible to repair/correct the situation.
DEPARTURE CLEANING: This is included in the rental rates we quote to you. If the unit is not clean upon your arrival or something is obviously broken, please notify us immediately. If the cleaning company finds the unit exceptionally out of order, this may result in the guests being charged additional cleaning fees. HOWEVER, we do ask our guests to:
1. Remove sheets and pillow cases from beds and put in bath tubs along with soiled bath linens. By doing this, you will be less apt to leave something behind and the next guest won't find a damp mattress! Thank You!
2. Remove all trash from unit. There are trash chutes located on each floor north of the eleveators.
3. Clean the kitchen. Also, please wipe out the refrigerator and empty the dishwasher!
KEYS: Lost keys pose a great liability. The unit has to be re-keyed when this happens. Each guest will be given a particular number of keys. ALL KEYS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE OWNER. A $15 per lost key will be assessed for those who lose them. If the unit has to be re-keyed, an additional $100 will be assessed.
CANCELLATIONS: A $100 processing fee will be charged for cancelled reservations. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
