My two kids, 13 & 21, and I very much enjoyed our stay in Munich and the use of our 1 bedroom apartment as our home base. Located a quick 5-7 minute walk from the train station, the apartment proved to be a great choice. Nice,peaceful part of town.

This studio was fantastic! Very close to the bus line, and only a 10 minute walk to the Oktoberfest grounds. We easily fit two people, but could have probably fit another person, if necessary. It was a wonderful way to start our Munich adventure.

Paying was easy, and we got our deposit back a few days after checking out - which is very nice when travelling around Europe for a few weeks.

Perfect place to stay. The train station is within walking distance ( 3-4 minutes) and you can be in central part of Munich in a matter of minutes. Rachel was on holiday but had a very nice young lady meet us and show us around. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The washer and dryer was a big plus. Our adult boys liked that they had internet access. This apartment is located above a fairly large shopping mall and has underground parking available which was good for us as we had our car. If you didn't want to get out and see the sights you could live in this building and never leave home. Everything is available in one stop.
I would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat and If I ever get back to Munich I will be giving Rachel a call.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. What you see is what you get! The apartment is clean and secure and has modern features. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping centre. The metro station is within walking distance making the city centre easily accessible.

Correspondence with Rachel was prompt and very helpful. We are very pleased with the high level of customer service provided.

We will definitely use the apartment if we visit Munich again. Definitely recommended!

The location of this apartment was very good -- easy to get downtown and to the Autobahn leading out of town. It was a big plus to have parking, since we had a rental car. There were grocery stores and restaurants nearby and a great walking path along the river. We didn't use the washing machine but it was great having one there. On the negative side, the coffee machine didn't work (heating element seemed to be broken) and diswashing soap wasn't provided. There was a bit of traffic noise and we weren't able to keep the windows open as much as we would have liked, but I understand the owner has other units in the building and perhaps those are facing the inner courtyard. The traffic noise certainly wasn't a deal breaker, regardless. Rachel was very responsive and flexible to our requests. Apartment was clean and the furnishings were great; all in all, we would recommend the apartment!

My boyfriend & I stayed here for Oktoberfest and the location was perfect!!! We took the tram to everything and the restaurants and shopping in the Pasing area is great. Great gelato, meat markets, grocery too. Rachel is great!!! We had a great studio apartment that was clean, furnished and all around perfect. We will definitely stay there again!!!!

I stayed in Rachel's studio apartment for two months. I appreciated having all the amenities (washing machine, microwave, fridge, cell phone, bike etc.) and the location close to city and long distance transportation, shopping, and the city park along the river. Walking in the park was very enjoyable and safe. I used this as a home base and traveled to visit other friends and relatives throughout Germany. The easily accessible transportation made this so easy to do. Rachel was extremely helpful if I had any questions and the studio was well maintained during my stay.

This is a great area for being a tourist or being "local". All the clerks at the stores were as helpful as possible when I was looking for specific products that I could not locate. I especially liked Confetti restaurant as an eating establishment as well as a place to people watch! While I was there, the train station and Arcade were under construction. While this did not impede service it just added a bit more time to get to the right track.

I would highly recommend this studio for anyone, but especially for women traveling on their own. If you're thinking about spending time in Munich, do it! You will love Bavaria and there's no better place to live than Rachel's studio (or apartment).

I stayed in two of Rachels apartments, one on the 5th and one of the 2nd floor. Both were clean and well kept. The building is within 5 minute walk of the train station from which regional and international connections are available, which I found especially convenient. As a jogging enthusiast I was also pleased to discover the park right behind the apartment building which offers several jogging paths and is a great location to collect ones thoughts. Rachel was always a very trustworthy, punctual, forthcoming and helpful landlord and I am happy to say I can gladly recommend her apartments in Pasing to anybody looking for a well kept and accessible accommodation.
