The home was exceptionally fitted to our family needs, and we had 5 adults, 3 children, and a baby present. The decor, contemporary design, versatility, layout, appliances, and cleanliness exceeded expectations. The view of the bay, rock, and coast were very satisfying, and the location was close enough without being too close to the shoreline and main tourist area. The owner was very prompt in returning messages and kindly helpful all around. We paid much more for much less in Yosemite in the same week. I'm recommending this home to friends and would gladly return. Though I made most of our own meals, lunch at Giovanni's seafood stand was superb.

We spent three nights in the house. Two familes met in Morro Bay for a long weekend. We had a total of two couples with four kids, aged 8, 3, 1, and 1. The house worked really well with one family using the master (the walk-in closet was an excellent room for the baby's pack & play) and the other using the two downstairs bedrooms. The house was awesome - the kids loved the living room and the deck. The kitchen was decently stocked. It needs more dinnerware - we had a severe plate and dish shortage and we had to go buy disposables to use. Well stocked with towels, which was nice. Bathrooms are great - downstairs has tub, upstairs has a mega shower with two shower heads which the kids loved. A baby gate would have been helpful for the top of the stairs - we were a bit surprised not to see one amongst the supplies. We had to use a chair laid down to block the stairway.

The location is awesome. We walked to the rock twice. It's five miles round trip. Great access to the Embarcadero and the stores and restaurants. We bought fresh oysters for dinner one night and enjoyed the French bakery's treats as often as we could. Highly recommended. We'd go back!

The house was nice, in a quiet location wih a beautiful view of the shoreline! The layout is definitely not for anyone who is physically challenged. The living area and master suite is up a long flight of stairs, while the two smaller bedrooms and bath are right of the front door next to the garage. There were some challenges with the electronics of the house as well but nothing too major. Overall, the weekend was beautiful, the fishing with Virg's Landing charter was excellent and the car show a wonderful display! I love Morro bay!

We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves. I would certainly rent your property again next time we are up that way.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely home! The home was clean and very well groomed, we loved the "beachy" decor. But the view of the rock, bay, and ocean was the best we've seen. We were able to look out each morning and watch the waves to see if the conditions were right for us to go out. We hope to be back soon!
