Great value condo for families

We stayed at the condo for a 3 night ski weekend in March and really had a nice time there. The condo is well organized, equiped with everything you would need, and decorated nicely. There was also wireless internet and high def TV in the condo. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the great room after a nice day on the slopes. There was a shuttle bus to loon mountain so we did not have to use our car at all. The condo is close enough to town so you could walk. We would definitely come back again! The owners were very easy to deal with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

Excellent Family Condo for Value and Comfort

We stayed in this condo for a holiday weekend and totally felt as though we were at home. Comfortable, homey, well stocked, everything from DVD's, books, games, , large screen TV, modern kitchen, comfortable couch and recliner. The condo had so many beautiful pictures of the area, and was nicely furnished with bears and moose. Perfect for a mountain condo.. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great family condo in the White Mountains. The owners were easy to deal with and had a wealth of knowledge on the area. Their website had all of the information on the resort as well as the surrounding area's so we were well prepared even before we arrived. .
We already recommended this condo to our family and friends.

Great Condo and excellent value for our family

We found this condo on Homeaway.com and contacted the owners, Ron and Iris for prices and information on a ski weekend in March. They quickly answered our email and made us feel very confident and at ease with he whole process. When we arrived at the condo location, we were greeted at the resort front desk by a very friendly clerk, who gave us the condo keys to Ron and iris's condo and all of the information on the resort regarding hours of operation for the pool and resort facilities. The actual condo is very clean and nicely furnished. It felt very homey and comfortable. There were pictures of the mountains and waterfalls everywhere. There were 2 TV's, one of which was a large screen LCD TV. There was a DVD player and a selection of DVD's, which kept the kids busy in their room while we were able to unwind in peace. There were outstanding views from the balcony, you can even see some of the ski trails at Loon. After we returned home, we received an email from the owners asking us to provide feedback, good or bad about our stay. What a nice touch. After spending time here, we decided to come back and visit again in the summer. Would Highly recommend this condo to families. We will return again.

Awesome weekend stay

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for our family. Very homey and comfortable feeling. The Indoor Pool and Hot Tub were prefect. The owners were so easy to deal with and gave us alot of info on the area. The location is great; quiet and off the main road but close enough to walk to town. Its also less than an hour drive from the outlets in North Conway. Highly recommended. We will be back.

I cannot begin to tell you how great it was to stay here. Not only is it in a beautiful location, it is in a convenient location. The rooms were comfortable and homey. The beds were all extremely comfortable (even the pull down bed!). The bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The tub was HUGE! The kitchen was just like being at home, I made breakfast lunch and cooked dinner every night. I was sad to leave, but we will definitly be back. We'll be planning our next NH vacation around the availability schedule. Thanks Ron and Iris!
