Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 7-8)

Lovely, large three bedroom condo directly on the beach. The balcony crosses the living room and master bedroom and is accessible from both areas. Two large sliding glass doors in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The unit is located on the fifth floor in the middle of the building. Great for watching fantastic sunsets. Kitchen is very well stocked. Washer and dryer in the unit.

Beach is wide and not heavily populated and one can walk for great distances in either direction. Dolphins swim by almost daily. Chairs and beach towels provided. Heated pool. Close to many fine restaurants and activities such as golf and tennis. Boat rentals close by. Building is quiet and very well maintained.

I have been going to the area for 25 years and have loved it as there is a great deal to do and the beach is wonderful.

What makes this condo unique

Walking the beach, watching sunsets and dolphins swim by. Golf is nearby and one can rent boats and wave runners close by.

This condo is perfect.Mary has thought of everything you might possibly need.The view is gorgous.The beach wasn't crowded.The sand was so soft.There is lots of things to do in a short distance.My family loved it and we hope to return.I would recommend this condo for anyone lokking for a beautiful quite place on the beach.

Our family has stayed in this condo twice and we love it.. Mary the owner is wonderful to work with. The complex only has approximately 25 condos and both visits we felt as though we owned the place. We usually were the only family in the pool area and the beach is private, unlike the public beaches. The whole area is very nice with nice resturants and activities to do. We love this condo and the area and plan to return again and again.
