This was the first time that we rented a house for our vacation and we were completely delighted! The house was clean, spacious, modern and very well equipped. Everything that we could possibly need was there. The neighborhood was in a quiet, upper middle class area. We were within 10 - 20 minutes of attractions and shopping. We would absolutely recommend this house to our friends and would rent it again.

We were in Kissimmee for a baseball tournament at Heritage Park with our son and some friends and found the villa to be very convenient to the fields. It was really nice to have such a spacious place to call home for our selves and other players and their families to just hangout at. The villa was very clean and well equipped and we will definitely stay here again if we're in the Kissimmee area again.

My family and I recently spent a week at this beautiful home, what u see is what u get. I want to thank the home owners for sharing their home with my family & I. My nieces & nephews had so much fun especially knowin when their woke up after breakfast, the pool was warm and ready for swimming. We will want to stay at no other location when we return to Florida again. We will recommended it to friends and family. I cannot say enough about this wonderful vacation home. I rented this house because I was going to have a family reunion. The house was just as it was pictured. It was perfect for the whole family and kids, we love the pool. It was close to the parks. We loved the area where it is located nice quiet neighborhood. There was no major issue, beside that one of the bathroom shower tub was clogged but it was fixed. I would definitely stay there again if I had too.

Me and my sister decided to take a vacation with our families. 4 adults, 6 children, ages 4,5,7,9,11,13. The house was more than enough space to accommodate two families with room to spare! The house was Beautiful and well maintained. I felt right at home immediately. Very close to MANY attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. My entire family was very pleased with our experience! When we come back again and we will be coming back again I will plan our stay around this houses availability! Owners are lovely people who care about their home and the outcome of your vacation! They know the area well and are more than happy to suggest wonderful side trips.

We would recommend this property for families that want to visit all Orlando attractions,Disney World,SeaWorld, Aquatica and many more. It is well maintained property with many great features. Everything you would need is there except for the groceries. Cocoa Beach only 40 minutes away, Publix about 5mins and Walgreens within walking distance.
We had the opportunity to meet property management team,Ian and Sandra, super nice people that were willing to hold a few things for our return as we stayed at prop for one week with our grandchildren then cruised for 2nd week and returned to this property for the last week of our vacation. Our grandchildren took advantage of the private pool everyday and promised they will return for another vacation in the near future. They will remember the evening walks to the basketball court,within walking distance of the house and stops at Walgreens for ice creams after the game! We ordered pizza from Papa John's(magnet with tel.number on the fridge) delicious and delivered in 15 minutes. Owner has binder done with all the information you need for making your stay in area as pleasant as possible. All in all a great experience. Thank you

My family and I stayed at this house for a week this month of June, and it was FANTASTIC! The house was clean, and beautiful and just as the pictures show it to be. The POOL was GREAT! So Wonderful to have a pool we could jump into after our days at the Disney parks. This house had everything you ever need for your vacation! It was soo GREAT!! I recommend if anyone wants to go to Disneyworld this house is the perfect location! The parks are a straight shot of about 20 mins to the parks! The owners are so nice and friendly and easy to get along with. I won't ever stay anywhere else but there if I make another trip down there! THANK YOU so much for allowing us to stay there! MOST definitely 5 stars! I'm going to recommend it to everyone and anyone who asked where i stayed!

House was immaculate, beautifully designed (nice privacy for parents), and owners were great to work with. We brought two one-year olds with us and, to our surprise, the house already had outlet covers! EVERYthing we desired was already provided.
We got some of the BEST photos of our trip at the nature area (wish I could post them).
House was larger than we expected..... Plenty of room and privacy for our 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 babies. Simply fantastic. We'd stay here again and again.
I was worried about checking in and the owners made it SO simple. Even told us to call at ANY time we had a problem. They also provided a notebook with instructions, maps and attractions. We couldn't ask for anything better. We may NEVER stay in another hotel again! :o)
By the way, if you stay here... enjoy the clothes iron we accidentally left!
