Great, Spacious, modern and Spotless Clean!
Hi Jo-Anne,
We had a really nice holiday and your appartment was excellent ! The beaches at Porto Novo are the best, and we had a lot of fun at the surfschool at Sta Cruz and made nice trips in the region.
A few points of interest for you which I think could make it from a 9 to a 10 score:
- availability of WIFI would be very nice, is a bit the standard nowadays.
However I really would like to emphasize that your appartment is really great, spacious, modern and spotless clean. Love to come back.

Good, if you want a quiet time & no acton
Good, if you want a quiet time & no acton
The apartment itself is stunning - good craftsmanship, a very friendly land lord (thanks again, Jo-Anne) and all that you need for a relaxed stay in Portugal.
The location is rubbish, if you are lokking for a lot of action. So take it easy or go to Lisboa.
The only thing we did not expect and were not aware of, was that the beach was really dirty in the middle of October. I do not know if that is some sad exception or if it is just not cleaned in off-season.
Conclusion:
it is well worth the money, if you want to take your time to calm down, read a book and enjoy some tasty food in the villages nearby.

Quality apartment in a good location
Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodation in a nice location, minutes to the beach and local restaurants, one of which, Berco Cdar I would highly recommend, superb fresh fish meals at reasonable prices. A rental car is a necessity if one wants to explore the many local villages along the way to the more popular tourist spots, Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais.
Thanks to Jo-Anne for her professional approach during the rental process. I recommend this place for the traveler who enjoys a comfortable modern quality place to come home to after a days touring this beautiful country.

Excellent Seaside Luxury Rental
Excellent accommodation . Less than 5 minutes from an amazing beach, with local amenities close buy but a car is required.
The apartment is VERY clean and spacious with a large terrace/patio. Very secure and perfcet for a couple or family looking for a getaway from the city life.
Very close to Peniche which has soem of the best food (fish and seafood) in Portugal - highy recommend Popular in Peniche.
Perfect location to drive by ffor day trips to various areas - Lisbon, Obidos, Fatima, Timor etc...

Ein sehr schönes und hervorragend Ausgestattetes Apartment in der Nähe eines weitläufigen Strandes. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

High quality apartment in gorgeous location
Everything about this apartment makes for a great experience - from Jo-Anne's professional approach to the rental process to the spacious, high quality finish of the apartment.
Definitely try out the little restaurants opposite - one has the best seafood risotto I've ever had!
To make the most of this area I think its best to have a car. There's everything within a 30 minute drive - fantastic seafood lunches, excellent surfing beaches and gorgeous hilltop villages. And if you're golfer there's a course literally outside the door!

AMAZING!!!
This place was in a great location. A rental car is a necessity. Joanne is so great! She worked with us the whole trip through. The facilities are wonderful. Beautiful area, beautiful apartment, had everything we needed.
I would definately stay here again!!! The next time I am in Portugal, this is where I am staying!

Excellent accommodation in an ideal location. Less than 5 minutes from an amazing beach, with local amenities close at hand.
The apartment appears to be brand new with good quality appliances and plenty of space.
The owner provided excellent assistance by way of directions from Lisbon airport, and upon arrival we found the apartment to be clean with good quality towels and bed linen in place.
The building which the apartment is part of is secure with secure entry and the apartment had electric shutters to all windows, plus an amazing veranda.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wanted high class accommodation in an area of natural beauty but close to some first class bistros and cafes.
There are three bistros within 10 minutes walk all of which offered good quality food at a reasonable price.
The other major advantage was no parking charges for a car at the beach and since we were attending the World Championsihp Surf Kayak event this meant parking a car for 9 days.

Super schönes und sehr großzügiges Appartement. Wir haben die
Woche absolut genossen und sind mit schwerem Herzen wieder nach

El piso esta de maravilla y el lugar es estupendo
Hemos pasado las vacaciones de semana santa en este piso y ha sido estupendo. El piso tiene unas calidades excepcionales y esta todo nuevo.
Esta muy bien situado, en frente de la playa. La zona es poco turistica y si quereis unos dias de descanso y relax os viene de maravilla. Pero si quereis conocer esta zona de Portugal tambien, mi marido y yo hemos estado en Sintra (un lugar para volver con mas tiempo), Cascais, Peniche, Lisboa.....
Os lo recomiendo a todos!!!!!!!!!!!!
