This was the second year that we stayed in this condo and it is amazing. We will definately be renting from them again next year at the same time. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in this area.

Perfect Amenities!

We have stayed in many condo's in Osage Beach and this is by far the best. We always take advantage of the full kitchen and this one had everything, ever tool, plate, pot, utensil we needed was there, a FIRST! The location in the state park is beautiful!We saw bucks and does every time we left the condo - they were grazing in the common area late at night and we often saw them close to the road when we were leaving the park. The location is a little off the beaten path (about 20 minutes to get to Wal-mart on Osage Beach Pkwy) but we were so happy with the condo, the pool and the dock location that we didn't mind the travelling. We had a great time and the kids loved the screened in deck that we enjoyed every night of our stay, mosquito free :o) Thanks for a great time and for sharing your well cared for place with us!!

We had a fantanstic time at the lake. The condo was well kept and had everything one could imagine. We have family members who have a condo at Park Place which makes this condo even more enjoyable and convenient as it is so close by. Would recommend this condo for your next vacation!! Another Great Stay!!

Just enjoyed another great week at the condo!!! We enjoyed the relaxing drive through the state park, our kids enjoyed the pool at the condo, and also not too far of a drive to the outlet mall. For those of you looking to visit Party Cove by boat you are just a few minutes away. The condo owners are great people. Also the people to you meet at the condo are all very friendly. We plan to visit again sometime!! We recommend you stay.

Wonderful Condo

These were wonderful accomodations for our family. Everything was very clean. Having accessibility to a boat slip as well as the pool being close was great for all of us. Our 3 year old loved the "hot tub", as she called it, in the master bathroom. We will definately be back. We added an extra day to our stay this trip because everyone was having such a great time. As boaters it was nice being in a quiet part of the lake with it being our option to visit the busier portions.

WEEK OF FUN!

My family and I spent a week at this condo. The condo itself was very clean and had more than enough room for all of us. Soon after we got there, we requested an iron and practically in no time, the owners had an iron and small ironing board sitting right outside our door. We brought our jet ski and the owners threw in a boat slip at one of the condo docks. That was very convenient. It was very relaxing to sit in the living room or on the screened in deck and look at the lake and the boats going by. While you are here, I recommend the 1 hour guided horseback ride that starts at the stable in the state park. We has a great time here and would definitely consider coming back.

Peaceful Location

We just spent 5 days with our best friends in this condo. The condo is nicely decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The many personal touches in the condo made us feel right at home. The location of the condo right in the state park is so quiet and peaceful, away from all the "craziness" on the main chanel of the lake, yet close to many of the popular areas on the lake, like Party Cove, Dog Days, Topsider, etc. We would definietly recommend this condo to anyone. The owners, Ann and Irv, were very friendly and helpful.

Girls weekend

Myself and 5 friends went for a girls weekend. We had a great time. The condo was comfortable, homey, and furnished with everything. A very nice quiet place and easily accessible to shopping, eating, and entertainment areas. Would definitely go back in a flash.

Every family member left extremely pleased. My kids enjoyed the condo and the lake. The balcony has a very nice view of the lake. Well equipped kitchen. Very good hosts. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were impressed with the ease of living at Park Place and the space for parking especially. For families with people who like to swim the pool in just across the way and on the same level as the condo. It is a quiet spot on a noisy lake - and if you are not boaters (we aren't) it is the perfect place for relaxation on the screen deck, reading, walking, enjoying nature. If you are boaters, access is available at the complex and the owners, Ann and Irv, are helpful and boaters themselves. We feel like family and have been back twice.
