My family and I spent 7 nights in this beautiful Hermosa Beach home. The home was perfectly situated on the strand for dining, recreation and people watching. The photos accurately represented the size and condition of the home. The property manager was EXCELLENT. She immediately made us feel comfortable and helped with everything from directions to parking. This was my first VRBO experience and it was a pleasure. I found that the management company responded almost immediately to all my requests and refunded my security deposit promptly. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Great place for small Family

We have rented this property twice. Each time, we had a great time. The place is great for one or two kids. My son and his pal, both 14, have enjoyed the property's boogie boards and large screen TVs. The first time we rented the flat, the owner bought the boys new boogie boards to use. There are many beach chairs and an ice chest, too. The location is great! on the quiet side of Hermosa but within walking distance of all the action on the pier. The bathroom showers are amazing! The kitchen is very nice and the washer and dryer do an amazing job if you pack light like us. The property management company will help you out with whatever you need.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Excellent Accomodations

My family and I were so impressed by the accomodations, we would visit again and are even thinking returning next year. Sitting on the patio in the morning to drink coffee and eat breakfast with the oceanfront view was undescribable. We could have spent the entire day in the luxurious bathrooms just relaxing with the jet spa. The area resturants were within walking distance like Hennesey's Tavern, New Orleans Resturant, Medittarerno, or Mickey's Deli.
We visited Universal Studio, The Getty Center, and first run Theater.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
