This beautiful mountain chalet is conveniently located in Tahoe Tyrol, a private community of 46 forested acres at South Lake Tahoe. It is only four blocks below the tram at Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, and one mile from the Nevada casinos, Lake Tahoe beaches and Heavenly Village shops and restaurants. This 1766 square foot home backs up to the forest and has a peek of the lake. Furnishings include leather sofas and wide-screen TV with DVD/CD player and surround sound. The double garage has automatic opener and a laundry area with washer and dryer.

I rented this house for a ski weekend with some friends. The house is beautiful, clean, and the kitchen has all the tools you need to make dinner. I also loved the hot tub out back and the large family room to watch movies and play wii. It was really convenient for a ski weekend at Heavenly. The owner was very responsive to my email inquiries before I rented the property. Everything about the experience was really great and I definitely recommend this property.

I planned to take a group of 12 with me to go snowboarding at Heavenly Ski resort. Stressed out about where we were going to stay, I came across this cabin and without thinking furthermore I booked it on the spot. I was overwhelmed that this place was good for the price and how it suited us the most. In my opinion this cabin is suited for ages 18-50+. It set the mood with a nice backyard and the house itself, WAS BEAUTIFUL. My group and I were really amazed on how it gave us a "home" feeling. From the rooms, kitchen, living room, and to the forest-ish backyard this was a great experience. Thank you very much

This rental was excellent. Everything was very clean and nice. Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or for a snow trip for 10. The hot tub was so relaxing and it is in the middle of everything. They even have a ping pong table downstairs. The dvd collection and tv set up was perfect for the house. I couldn't have asked for more and will be sure to rent this same place when we come back.

Me and my NEW fiance rented out this wonderful cabin for valentines day weekend. The ride up was beautiful with all the white snow on the mountains. The cabin was beautiful as well. Very clean and well kept...the hot tub was awesome and very romantic. Although it was just me and my fiance and my cousin and her boyfriend...there was plenty of room for about 6 others. The cabin had all the amentities that you need. Its located in the middle of everything, 5 minutes from the casino's, shopping, and skiing. Over all our stay was great and hope to return back soon.

Recommended for: Romantic Getaway

We recently stayed for a long weekend in August (2009) and it was a wonderful experience. The description of the property was right on, the sleeping accomodations were perfect, and all the amenities necessary were provided.
The house is close enough to enjoy all the action of the the Heavenly shops and gondola area as well as the casinos, but just far enough away to escape all the hustle and bustle and if that's what you're looking for.
We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again if our future travels bring us back to Tahoe.
We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for everything!!
