Relax after a long day of swimming or sightseeing in our open living area. Settle into our comfortable sofa and catch a movie on the television with cable. The sofa also folds out into a Queen Size bed. A DVD player is provided for extra entertainment.

Kitchen and Dining Room:

Our fully-equipped kitchen offers all of the items you'd need to prepare and serve meals in our La Jolla Shores cottage. A dishwasher helps save time for fun. Your family or group will enjoy eating at our dining table that seats 4.

High chair is available upon request and their is plenty of additional seating at the outside dining area.

Outdoor Living at Its Best:

Enjoy your meals outdoors in our outdoor dining area. The private courtyard features a propane barbeque grill. It is totally fenced in and is perfect for a pet who likes to travel with you.

La Jolla Shores Beach is a family beach where you can stroll over for a dip in the cool Pacific Ocean before breakfast or bask in the sun in the afternoon. This sandy beach is the most gentle in the San Diego area and is perfect for kids.

The Village in La Jolla Shores is a 2 minute walk from our cottage and boasts some of the best restaurants found in La Jolla. You can choose from the upscale Piatti's Italian Restaurant to Jeff's Burgers - a La Jolla Shores landmark. In the Village, you can also rent kayaks and spend the day soaking the great Southern California weather.

Other San Diego Area Attractions:

The San Diego area offers an abundance of attractions - all within a quick 15-20 minute drive of our La Jolla Shores cottage. Nice place near the beach

Clean, bright and pleasant property, with a small, but peaceful and nice backyard, completely fenced, with several trees, friendly management, 5 min walk from the beach. It would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom, as well, (or a bigger one in the living room) and more dishes in the kitchen. The driveway is not for this property only, it is shared with 2 other adjacent homes, so you have to fit 3 cars somehow in there. We ended up parking on the street for more convenience, so we didn't have to let someone out all the time. If you have really small children, a 2 bdrm would be the best, so you can separate them for naps, etc. With older ones one bedroom works fine. The Shores beach next to the house is the best kids friendly beach on the entire West Coast, in our opinion.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
