Spacious, Clean, and Affordable
I rented this place in May 2012 for my family, great price, spacious enough for the family, especially on rainy days. On the days the sun shined the beach is very close and very few people on the beach compared to Gulf Shores beaches
I loved the privacy as I live in the city and wanted a secluded beach. the place was very clean, I read the review about the carpet and the owner must have had it cleaned. It was nice to have a large deck on both sides the house. the sunsets from this place are great. We plan to return next year.

Clean pet-friendly house close to the beach
We were looking for a less expensive place to stay that we could bring our dog and be close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay at this house, but it is an older home that could use some updating. The house was clean, but should have the carpet replaced due to one too many stains. It had very good air conditioning. The cable TV was great with some of the premium channels included so that we could watch movies. One drawback is that the house does not have internet. The owner and the rental agency were very pleasant to deal with.
We loved the Fort Morgan area. It is so peaceful with a beautiful pet-friendly beach. Yet the drive into Gulf Shores is a mere 15 minutes away with everything you need. We also really liked the Tanger Outlet Mall.

Owner's Response: Yes, the carpet is not new, we usually steam clean it at the begining of every summer, and after 15 or so families with small children stay there, it needs cleaning. Now that summer is over, and I do not have guests in there every week, I will be doing this type of normal up keep.

Awesome time!
I stayed at this house in May and had a great time. Very affordable. Worth the money. We had a blast! The view off both decks was beautiful. I liked how there was a deck on the back of the house and the front of the house! There was lots of room on the deck for my friends and family! The owner allowed pets which made our vacation that much easier. The house is a quick 2 minute walk away from the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. It was nice to be able to lay out, without a million people sitting right next to us being loud. The house has 2 bedrooms which fit my friends/family just right. The kitchen is nice and open with a big window looking out towards the bay. There was a stove, a microwave, fridge, pots and pans, dishwasher, etc. We really liked how many windows there were in the dining room/living room area. It was very private on the beach and the nearest town was only a quick drive down the road. Lots to see and do in town with amazing places to eat! I would recommend this place to everyone i know. I plan on going back later this year. Owner was very friendly too!

I stayed here in June 2009, had a great time. Close enough to the beach so that the kids could walk by themselves. We are a family of four, but this place could sleep many more very confortable. Living room very spacious with two full couches. Satilitte was great I was able to watch the first part of the college world series. Full size washer and dryer was great, amde it easy to keep all our beach towels and swim great fresh. What the kids liked most was being able to take their dog to the beach. Overall the price was a bargin. We will be back again

Very Relaxing Beach house
The stay that I had at this house was amazing! It was so relaxing. The beach was beautiful and the weather was great. I love that the owner allows pets....my dog loved it! The rates are very reasonable and the house is great! I wish I could go back every weekend.
