This house was great !.It was clean and spacious. Having your very own in ground pool to go in at the end of a long day, was absolutely fantastic ! The location was perfect, close enough to get to the action, but far enough away to have your very own quite piece of paradise.The owner, Chris was very helpful and professional in every way. I would definately reccommend this house to family and friends.

My husband & I and our dog stayed at this beach house for 2 weeks in May 2012. It was absolutely wonderful - the house was everything the listing said it would be. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5-10 minute walk to Publix. It was very clean when we arrived, it has a great pool and a boat dock on the canal. We enjoyed several seafood stores and also really enjoyed a restaurant called Skye Cafe. Though we did not get to meet the owner, he was very helpful with all of our questions before and after our stay. He has other properties that we are hoping to stay at some time in the future. We would definitely recommend this house if you're looking to have a great vacation!

Went for a week with kids 11 and 18. Had a great time fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. Love the open feel of the house. The beach, store and trolley are only a 2 minute walk from the house which was very convienent. The house was just as the shown in the pictures. I will definitly stay here again. Thanks for everything.

Totally wonderful in every way! Great location, easy access to entire island, though the pool & patio kept us home alot. Layout ensures privacy for a group. Have rented many houses in many locales, in & out of the U.S., and we rank 251 Randy Lane right at the top. It is a treasure! If we could own a house in Ft Myers Beach, it would be this one.

This property is like a home away from home. It has a very big and open layout with a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable beds! The pool and lanai in the back were where we spent most of our time. The kids loved fishing off the dock in back and we rented a pontoon boat that we pulled up to the dock to load and unload all of our gear. It is convienantly located right across the street within walking distance of the beach. The best part was being able to bring our dog with on vacation with us!! He loved going to doggie beach every day and running around with all the other dogs there. We would definately recommend this as a great place to stay on Fort Meyers Beach.
