We had a great time! The condo was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was very family friendly and in the perfect location. There was a beautiful view of the beach/ocean from the patio. The weather was perfect and the water was still warm. This was one of the most beautiful beaches we've visited and it wasn't very busy this time of year, so it was like having our own private beach. We even saw dolphins swim by as we sat on the beach! The condo was in the perfect location with the beach a few feet away. Pools and hot tubs were great too. We didn't want to leave!

We had a great stay. The condo was very nice and a great size for 2 adults and 3 kids(much better than a hotel!!) LOVED that it is an end unit and very easy to access parking lot, pool and beach. This time of year is definitely the time to go- it was still beautiful weather and not crowded at all. We hope to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo is
situated in a prime spot within this complex so you
get really nice views of the Gulf and sunset. The
furnishings are new and tasteful and the bed was
very comfy. There's only 1 short flight of stairs up
to this unit and it's very convenient from the
parking area when you're lugging suitcases.
Amanda answered all my many emails quickly and
courteously. Highly recommended and I'm looking
forward to our next visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Gulf Beach Retreat!" The beach was a dream, and the condo and resort accommodations were exactly as promised. This was our most enjoyable vacation yet, and will definitely visit again.

Very neat, clean, and cute! The view from the balcony is amazing! Loved the great access to the pools and boardwalk to the beach. It was our first time renting from an individual, and Amanda made it a breeze. It was Definitely a great vacation!

We've had a great time.The condo was very clean and updated with every thing you need.The beach was very nice,clean and right there....Great access to pools and a very friendly atmosphere.We hated to leave...can't wait to come back!!!!

We had an enjoyable stay at Gulf Beach Retreat. The unit is tastefully decorated, very updated and comfortable. Loved the view of the ocean thru the white sand dunes! The balcony was perfect for breakfast (loved the table and chairs!) Having a keypad (and not having to worry about a card/key) was very convenient, also. We loved the "extra touches" such as books, CDs, fluffy towels, that catered to our experience. This was our first experience booking a condo directly through the owner, and Amanda made it very easy. She is prompt, honest, and eager to make your stay the best ever! Thanks for an awesome Spring Break!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was fully furnished with everything we needed. The interior was decorated cute and comfortable for everyone. The views were all beautiful from the balcony. We would recommend a stay here to anyone! And the communication from Jason & Amanda was prompt and professional! Thank you for your hospitality.
