Our family of 4 stayed at the MGM Signature. 2 adults in the 1 brdm suite and 2 teenage boys in Jr. suite. Both suites were very comfortable. Our boys had their own space and us parents had ours. so much better than a square box hotel room. The full size kitchen and living room had ample space for us all to eat, drink, laugh and relax together. The best was the balcony. Never had a balcony with our many other stays in Vegas but after having one would never go without again. I booked our accomadations through RENTALS BY OWNER AT THE SIGNATURE and the ladies were wonderful. Answered my many many questions even after booking they still replied back with those questions you think of after. Would deffinately stay here every time we travel to Vegas. The service at the Signature was first class, especially the gentleman out front getting us a different limo and the best price every time we needed one.

We stayed here for almost the entire month of January, and we couldn't have been happier. The room is very nice, and the balcony is great.

Amazing

My husband and I absolutley loved our stay. The property was prestine, the price was excellent, and the service was really good. We had easy access to the strip which we loved. The only thing that we didn't like was the fact that we could not check in early with out paying an extra 50 bucks. We could not be terribly upset, because this was disclosed prior to booking, but it does not change the fact that the owners should allow that as a courtesy if the room is not occupied. We will be staying here any time we are in vegas, because out of all the other hotels the MGM and The signature had the best feel as far as over all maintenance.

We came to stay with our small dog. It was our first vacation in a long time. My husband and I weren't sure what to expect. Wow. The views were amazing. The rooms were very clean, the decor was soothing. The kitchen was great, (one interesting fact, the high end European oven does temps in Celsius & Fahrenheit, so if your not a tech wizard plan to look up the temp). The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed in it and a dishwasher. With dietary restrictions we needed to cook in so it was really wonderful. It isn't too far a walk to MGM casino. There are moving sidewalks. The staff at the desk and door are terrific, helpful and friendly. The time of year we visited there was plenty of grass outside and baggies for the doggie's needs. There's also a larger formal dog walk area at Bldg. 3. The bed was really comfortable. There is a small store with necessities and snacks on the first floor and a laundry for those with week long stays. We decided to stay longer. The biggest convention of the year was in town, still they managed to move us to another great suite at a terrific price point. We got to try both a one bedroom suite and a one room Jr. Balcony suite. Both were terrific. It was an excellent vacation in every way.

Excellent, clean. Everything we needed, with the exception of the washer and dryer unit, which to our dismay was not working. Other than that, it was a beautiful place, modern, nicely decorated and very convenient.

We rented the 1 bedroom suite with balcony view and adjacent junior suite to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. A few of the guests had previously been to Vegas and others this was their first trip. I was the first to arrive and was absolutely amazed at by our view, the room size and the amenities in the room. It was such a beautiful place to stay. We had no problem checking in and they provided us with ample amount of keys. The ONLY downfall to this hotel was the walk to the casion's and strip. It wasn't a bad walk by any means - was covered and there were moving side walks however sometimes its nice to take an elevator down and be right in the casion. The walks probably were about a 7-10 min. walk to MGM Grand casino. Also, the hotel wasn't the most accessibly from the strip by foot without having to either go down a poorly lit street or walking through MGM grand to the connecting hallway. I would definately stay here again as I have yet to find such a nice room, WITH a beautiful balcony view and master suite with view of the mountains for such an affordable price.

This is the 4th time we've stayed at Signature and third booking with this property manager. This was our first time in this particular suite, but found it equal to our stay in the preferred suite we have used twice which was unavailable during this visit to Las Vegas. As usual, the Signature staff is excellent.
There was what sounded like someone using power tools in the suite above us. It didn't start until 9am and though slightly annoying, we were nearly ready to leave for the day so we don't know if it continued throughout the day. And since we were leaving we didn't report it to the front desk. This WILL NOT keep us from staying again and booking through the same property managers.
