Excellent place to stay in Vegas

This property is just lovely, really beautifully maintained and the Signature front desk staff were brilliant. Valet parking was excellent and free! It is however, quite a walk to the strip, but we found that everywhere is Vegas is quite a walk! Thanks for the great experience.

Our stay here was great! There were 8 of us and this was the most affordable option for us to all stay together. The pullout couches aren't the most comfortable, but then again they're pullout couches. The regular beds were very comfortable and had nice sheets. Our room was in tower 3 so the walk to the MGM Grand was pretty long. The attendants on the first level were very helpful with our luggage and getting us transportation/limo's to accommodate the number in our party.

Awesome Accomadations for Two Couples

We just returned from a four night visit to Las Vegas with my wife's parents. They had never been to Las Vegas, and this trip was to celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary. We had adjoining side by side suites with balconies at the Signature, which provided privacy for each of us, but also provided easy access when we needed to get together.
The Signature at the MGM far exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect location and everyone that we came in contact with at the facility were awesome. The suite was just perfect with every amenity, and I even enjoyed the location on the 30th floor and quickly overcame my elevator fears. Being in a non smoking facility was also great!
The price, facility, and employees were all perfect, and the ladies at Rentals by Owner at the Signature stayed on top of everything, and made our trip a pleasure. They coordinated everything for us and provided detailed information. They also quickly replied to any questions or concerns that we had. We will definitely contact them prior to our next visit to Las Vegas. You can't go wrong with these ladies and the Signature!

Signature Penthouse- 2 Jr suites

This place was awesome! The only drawback was that I was in Vegas on business so I didn't get to spend as much time in the suite as I would like. The jacuzzi tub was the perfect end to the day after being on a tradeshow floor all day. We will be renting it again in 2014!

Would stay again!

We stayed here for 4 nights in January and the suites were well appointed. The location was excellent and it was nice because while it was on the Strip, it was in a quiet location and we didn't get the noise or the traffic that staying elsewhere would have given us. We did, however, have a problem with one of the doors not locking and had to get security to some fix our safe. The beds and furnishings are super comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

This is 2 junior suites that is side by side. Each suite has a queen bed and a double sofa bed. The view from the balcony is amazing. The valet parking is a bonus.
There is an air conditioned tunnel with moving walkways connecting the Signature to the MGM casino.
The Signature tower has it's own pools with complimentary towels. The MGM's "wet republic" pools are free for Signature residents.

One of the best in town

We had stayed at the Signature previously in a 1 BR unit. This time we needed 2 bedrooms to accomodate my daughter and her friend. The side-by-side junior suites were ideal. We had great views of the strip and the suites came equipped with everything we needed for a 3-night stay. Everything about the Signature is top notch: the public areas, the service, the location, room decor, etc. Highly recommended!

Perfect family getaway, away from the hustle & bustle of the casinos, yet close enough when you want a piece of the action. The crew were polite and courteous. We'd have preferred the option of self-parking but valet was not too bad... Luxury everywhere from the moment you enter the property up to the suites, spacious with all nice touches, kitchenette, bathroom, closets/storage... We liked walking to MGM Grand and enjoy more pools - lazy river & enormous waterfalls were amazing - and see KA, a show the kids really enjoyed. It's also a short walk to the PH Magic Mile Shopping for more shows, indoor walks and restaurants. Highly recommended for families with kids. I'd like to go back with more relatives

great 2 night stay booked via Rentals by Owner Direct at the Signature

We had a breif 2 night stay in June & booked adjoining Junior suites. We liked the location as it was not not on the main strip & was very quitet (and thus we had a great sleep) but still close enough to walk to the strip & all of the attractions. If you don't like walking you can catch a cab. The views wre great from the balcony's (we were 30 plus floors up) & the quality & cleanliness of the rooms were great. We really couln't fault anything & enjoyed our time here. I would rate it 5 stars & would recommend them to anyone. The booking & communications with Rentals by Owner Direct at the Signature was great & all it all went very smooth.
