We stayed at this wonderful beach bungalow with our two toddlers and had the most perfect holiday. The house was very spacious for 2 adults, 2 children with a downstairs den that became a playroom. The house is very clean and lived up to it's name of being very cosy and the owners were incredibly welcoming and only a phone call away if we needed them.

The area is very safe with children playing on the walk street outside. Easily walkable are restaurants and shops. You can see from the photographs how close the beach is - and what a beach, miles of golden sand and beautiful sea. There are also lots of lifeguards so we felt completely safe with our young family.

This is definitely a home and NOT a party house. You will feel like you are the luckiest house guests in the world at this cosy beach cottage.

We had a fabulous time at the Cozy Beach Bungalow.
We came for a little family vacation with 2 kids, ages 4 and 1. The house was perfect - easy, open floorplan upstairs where we could all hang out, eat meals, etc. Steps to the beach and the strand made for easy outings, bike rides to Manhattan Beach, walking to the Hermosa Pier, or just stepping 2 blocks to breakfast at Martha's.
Everything was set up perfectly for a relaxing vacation. The home was incredibly clean, had everything we needed. We loved being able to get outside, even if just for a quick run and never having to get in the car.
The owners were easy to work with and communicated frequently. We loved it and will definitely return.

My family of 6 rented this home while in town for a wedding. The festivities for were held in Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach and this rental property was perfectly situated between the two. It is steps from the beach on a flat, gorgeous walk street. The close proximity to the beach as well as stores, restaurants, and bike rental suited our needs perfectly. The house came with boogie board and two nice bike. We also rented additional bikes and trailers. The two car garage easily accommodated our rental car plus a second a second vehicle if needed. The house is so charming, lovely, and cozy. It is spacious and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Jeff, the owner, is helpful and easy to work with. We had trouble getting the wifi working and he came out to fix it quickly. We would definitely rent this home again! Thank you for sharing their beautiful home.

Our two week stay at "The Cozy Beach Bungalow" was exactly what we hoped it would be. Everything we needed was there in abundance. The beds, linens, furniture, kitchen appliances, bicycles, beach chairs, etc. were perfect for a comfortable and relaxing vacation with our three generation family. The home was spacious, extremely clean, yet cozy with abundant sunlight. One could live effortlessly because we could always find what we needed - from a screwdriver to a chafing dish, it was there. We had a great sense of privacy yet neighborliness was ever-present.

We really enjoyed living five houses back from The Strand (ocean front). One does not have to cross a street or worry about cars; the walk to the beach is unobstructed except for the occassional bike rider and skateboarder. The two patios (one in front and one in the rear of the house) are generous in size and have wonderful seating and table arrangements for dining and lounging.

The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure that you will have a wonderful stay. This is a treasure of a house.

Incidentally, my wife and I ate dinner at the Bottle Inn, which is two blocks away, 8 times in a nine day stretch. It is amazing.

Our family of 6 had an awesome time while staying at this beach house! The house is bright, cheery, clean, very Cali!! It is perfectly located near the beach, shops, restaurants, and the strand which you can safely walk and bike on!! We especially loved the front and back patios for enjoying the bugless outdoors!!

We will be back!

The house, the location, the beach, and the town were all beyond my expectations. We had an incredibly relaxing stay here. We have 2 young children and it was a great house for our family, especially the open floor plan and the easy access to the huge front patio. The home is beautiful, cozy, clean, welcoming, and the location couldn't be any better. You can walk to the beach in about 30 seconds (and it's one of the nicest beaches we've ever been to), and the flat beachside walks to Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach were great. It was so wonderful to not have to get in a car our entire visit. It is true vacation. We highly recommend this home!!

This was such a wonderful warm and cozy home!! We came to Cali for my son's wedding! It was a perfect place. The street was so friendly. The weather was beautiful. We enjoyed every moment. The house was perfect for us. I want to thank the owners Jeff and his wife for sharing there home with us. You are such amazing people!!! Thanks. For everything We ca nt wait to come back.

The perfect vacation spot for us. Only steps from the Strand, there was no need to coordinated driving anywhere our main destination was right outside the door. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our booking. This cozy bungalow is incredibly clean and such detail to the decorating of this home. Every detail is covered from bikes, towels and wonderful bedding. The owner takes great pride in their home and couldn't be more generous with the amenities. This home has it all!! We cannot wait for our next trip to Hermosa and the chance to re-book our stay at this home. We loved our vacation in Hermosa and especially our stay at this wonderful Beach Bungalow!
