We have stayed in Ron's units the past two years and just booked next year's trip. If you are looking for unobstructed views of the Pacific; fabulous sunsets; easy walking to grocery stores, drug store and restaurants; miles of beaches; and perfect location, you have found your property. Ron is easy to work with and very accommodating. We highly recommend.

Couldn't ask for more. The beach, the pier, shopping, food, all within easy walking distance.

This condo was the perfect fit for us. It was very clean and extremely spacious, far better than any hotel in the area. The beds were very comfortable and while the decor is a little dated it is very well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pictures and listing are very accurate.

The view was amazing, nothing can beat enjoying the sunset on your own balcony with a glass of wine. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area and it is a short walk to CVS and Ralphs. It was an easy drive to the major highways and attractions.

Ron was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. He met us personally at the condo and showed us around.

We will certainly stay here next time we come to San Diego.

This condo is an amazing place to stay. There is an incredible view from each room in the condo. The pictures of the condo are good, but you have to see it in person to experience the view, the sound of the ocean and the sunset. Great location - many restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance. The owner was very friendly and responsive when we had questions. The condo is very quiet - the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and located on opposite sides of the condo, providing privacy. We will definitely be back!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this condo.
We were there Oct. 29 to Nov. 7 and it was warm and sunny

Great spot to watch people and the ocean.
You just have to sit in the living room or your bedroom and
you can see the ocean.
Listening to the ocean was very relaxing.
The owner was so nice and friendly.
The pictures are true pictures to what you get and see.
Highly recommend this condo and you can't beat the price.
Thank you for the great stay.
Would go back tomorrow if I could.

We have been staying in this condo for the past 10 years and we love it! It is a great location for anywhere we want to go in San Diego and the view is fabulous! Ron is very accommodating. He just replaced some of the furniture and put in a new mattress in the master bedroom and now has a king bed in the second bedroom. Great place to stay in Pacific Beach!

The condo has everything one could ask for - location, views, parking garage, secured building, etc. We stayed for what was an all too short 4 days but so totally enjoyable and relaxing. There are many restaurants within walking distance that cater to all tastes. The condo is within easy driving distance to San Diego and surrounding areas. Ron responded promptly to all our questions by email and by phone.

LOVED staying in this condo!!!! It was everything and more than we had hoped for. The views are outstanding. Lots of room and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The owner was extremely nice to work with. Grocery store one block away along with numerous places to eat and shop. We will be coming back to this place!!!!
