3 bed Cottage, 1 bath, sleeps 6. Newly re-furbished
Everything you need is here in this recently refurbished and beautifully decorated cottage with cathedral style ceiling with fan. Terrific, quiet and safe dead end locale. Enjoy family time on the deck with gas grill and swing, sit around the fire pit or have your morning coffee sitting in the enclosed porch. Fully fenced private sun deck to the side of cottage with table & chairs and outside shower. Flat screen TV and DVD in living room and flat screen with XBox and various games in twin bedroom. Located in Mid Cape which makes it ideal for all the Cape attractions, e.g., whale watching in Provincetown, deep sea fishing from Yarmouth, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket from Hyannis. Short distance to local beaches on both Bay Side and Ocean Side. Perfect location for walkers, bike trail, golf courses and all family restaurants.
Check In /Check Out: Rentals are Saturday to Saturday with check in at 2 pm and check out at 10 am

Excellent Vacation Cottage
The cottage was an absolute joy - like home from home. Everything you could require was available even down to the lobster pot. Spotlessly clean and the TV and XBox in the bedroom was a brilliant addn especially for my son.
The owner left a handbook which provided places to visit, places to eat and handbooks for all equipment. This was very well rec'd.
Excellent location for all Cape amenities, e.g. beaches, shopping, whale watching, restaurants. I would definitely recommend "The Dog House" and Sundae School" and the whale watching was brilliant.
I would definitely recommend the cottage to all my friends and family. Excellent value for money

Beautiful Family Vacation
We had a great time at the cottage! The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go (Sundae School, Pirate's Cove, Swan River kayaking, north & south coast beaches, Woolfies, etc). All of the supplies/utensils that we needed were provided. The fire pit and outdoor shower were highlights and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and friendly. Overall an excellent vacation :)

wonderful vacation, location and perfect cottage
Our vacation was perfect as always. Your cottage always live up to the standards you set. Every year we go it feels more and more like home. I could live in it all year round. We had one week with the girls and the next week Joe and I had vacation by ourselves. I even went parasailing!!!!
Joe and I would Like to rent the cottage again for two weeks next summer. It was a wonderful vacation in a wonderful location and the perfect cottage for us. Thanks for everything and I hope to hear from you soon!

The Cape house was amazing as always
The Cape house was amazing as always. We really liked the new check in process with using the locked box. With the heavy traffic on the Cape, it was nice to just get to the house and unpack.
We once again went deep sea fishing and spent a couple of days at Marconi Beach. The location of the house is just so perfect in navigating to anywhere on the Cape! We went to Provincetown for a day and enjoyed the Audibon Center in Wellfleet. After a long day of play it was so nice to come back to the house and relax. The best part of the house is the morning. It’s so quiet in the area that we love to sit on the front porch and have our coffee and enjoy the peace before racing off to an activity.
The vacation was amazing and we came back well rested. Thank you again for allowing us to rent the cottage.

We had and extraordinary 2 weeks at your cottage. The weather was perfect the entire time. Our stay was perfect. We are hopeful that would allow us to rent it again next year for the same two weeks. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Second Visit
We had a wonderful week and the cottage was just great! We had perfect weather. The cottage is just set up so nicely for a family and its location makes everything in the Cape accessible. It was very quiet around the cottage and we enjoyed spending the evening sitting out on the deck.

Oh yes…. You need to get some lobster crackers (did lobsters & steamers one night) other then that you had everything else.

Wonderful time
Just wanted to let u know that we had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was the best vacation we've had in a long time. The little community is very friendly and welcoming. We are thinking about next year already and hoping that the week that we want will be avaible for us.

A charming cottage in Dennisport
This cottage is settled in a litte community, everyone in the community are so very friendly it makes you feel very safe. The cottage it self is very nice sleeps six, kitchen with the basics, bathroom, and a lovely screened in porch for those nights you wish to stay inside and not with the bugs. It is so charming my husband and I are already talking about next year. Enjoy yourself in this cottage..
