PP2 has 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, sleeps 20 Approximately 4000 sq. ft.

PP 2 our eight bedrooom vacation rental villa is across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen (2 frig's), dining, and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a 52 inch Sony TV's and blue ray DVD players and cable boxs with a DVR. There's HS internet. ALL BR'S HAVE NEW WOOD FLOORING! There is a master on the first floor with a balcony facing the Ocean it has a spa tub and separate shower. The other BR down has 2 double beds and another full bath. There are 3 king bedrooms upstairs with balconies facing the ocean and 3 more bedrooms up, one with 2 twin beds and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 bunk beds in each room. There are tv's and dvd players in all bedrooms. There is a new full size LG front loading washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and chairs and any baby items that are needed: a crib, high chair, packnplays, stroller, etc.There is an outdoor grilling area with 5 grills. There is a nice pool and hot tub! You will love the Villa!

IF PP2 IS BOOKED, I HAVE AN IDENTICAL Vacation Rental VILLA IN THE SAME BUILDING. IT HAS 8 BEDROOMS AND IT IS ALSO ON HOMEAWAY.COM #990596. There are only 12 units in the building and I own 2 of the 8 bedroom Units! My husband and I own and manage all 4 of our properties. We have them all listed on homeaway.com. We have 2 eight bedroom villa's that have the exact same floor plan and much of the same funiture. They are PP2 and PP3. One is on the 2nd floor and one is on the 4th floor. We have 2 couples who take care of each villa. We do not use a cleaning or linen service. We use the same linens that we use in our personal beach home. The couples who clean them do an excellent job. We try to provide you with items that will make your vacation easier so when you arrive you can relax, go to the beach or whatever you choose to do. We have lots of baby items for your use such as: a full size crib, 2 packnplays, a high chair, booster seats, baby swing, exersaucer, stroller, etc... If you need something for a baby that is not there please let us know, we have 6 grandchildren that are very young so we totally understand. We also provide beach chairs and towels. We have 8 chairs and 12 beach towels for your use. We do not provide toilet paper for the week or paper towels. We put a roll in each bathroom and put our a roll or paper towels as well as kitchen trash bags so you will have some to use until you go to the store for more. We do provide hand soap in each bathroom as well as dish soap. There are usually coffee filters, some spices, that we leave for your use. There are 2 refrigerators in each villa as well as 2 coffee makers, 2 blenders, lots of dishes and silverware, a pancake griddle, a waffle maker, lots of cooking items, and utensils. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have hd tv's as well as hd cable boxes in each living area one of them is a dvr for recording shows. There is wifi which has a secure line so the password is given to you before you arrive. There are books and dvd's for you use as well as games. My husband is retired now and we are here almost always here at the beach so if there is an issue we are here to take care of it right away. We manage the building where our 2 villa's are located so we make sure everything is in proper working order. Our personal beach house is about a block from all 4 of our properties so we are close by if you need anything. We strive to make your vacation experience as relaxing and carefree as possible. My husband and I own and manage our 4 properties. We take excellent care of all 4 of them. My husband is a retired Dentist and we still have a home in Greensboro, NC but spend 99% of our time now at our beach home in North Myrtle Beach. We love it here! We have 8 grandchildren! We also have 2 yorkies, Hope and Grace. My husband and I grew up in Ohio and both graduated from Ohio State University and then he attended dental school at OSU. (Go Bucks!) We own a personal beach home near just a block from all 4 of our properties. We really looked up and down the coast before deciding on this area of North Myrtle Beach. One reason we loved this section called Crescent Beach is the beach is very wide and beautiful. It is never crowded and very family and pet friendly. You are allowed to use golf carts in this area to drive all over. You are also allowed to ride bikes on the beach. We are close to everything. Parks, Golf Courses, Fine Restaurants, Fantastic Shopping, Tennis Courts, Amusement Parks, Water Sports, Beach Shops, Shows and Entertainment, Marina's, Inlets to the Ocean, Gambling Boats, Deep Sea Fishing etc....It is a great location!I

Why Shelley Kraska chose Crescent Beach

We now own two 8 bedroom villa's in North Myrtle Beach because they are in a great location across the street from the beach. It is a beautiful villa, very spacious. The area is great. It is close to all the nice golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and close to the Ocean inlets so it is great for deep sea fishing etc... You can drive golf carts all over the area. Both villa's are identical in their floor plan!

What makes this villa unique

I provide 8-10 beach chairs and 12 beach towels. There are sand toys, boogie boards, etc... in a container. I also provide baby items such as a full size crib, crib sheets, mattress pad, packnplays, a packnplay mattress, high chair, booster seat, infant swing, infant bouncer seat, infant bath tub, exersaucer, stroller, baby gates, bed rails, etc...hs internet service as well as hd cable boxes in each living area. There are of course flat screen tv's and dvd players in each bedroom. I think we strive to make your vacation as relaxing as possible! Please let us know if there is a special request and we will do our best to accommodate you! We do pick up beach wheel chairs for our guests and return them.

Wonderful vacation property! We were there for a week and didn't want to live. My family and I had lots of space and we were all relaxed without being cramped. This is a very spacious property and beautifully decorated. I've told family and friends about it and they plan to stay there as well. Great place for a family gathering. I hope to rent this one again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Family members met this week from different states: NY, NJ, GA, FL, CO to spend time and reconnect. The condo was more than accommodating for the 15 of us. We had plenty of room and slept comfortably on the beds. The kitchen was terrific for preparing meals for all of us. We enjoyed the two sitting areas, both beautifully decorated and comfortable. Beach access was perfect, an easy walk across the street. We were lucky and had great weather all week. Thanks for the hospitality, Shelley and Jan!

We celebrated our parents 40th wedding anniversary, a birthday, and our youngest brother proposed to his girlfriend on the beach. The children enjoyed the beach toys while the adults made great use of the beach chairs and hot tub. This condo was perfect to accommodate all 20 of us and we enjoyed the time we spent together. We really enjoyed our time together here! I loved the fully stocked kitchen and the two refrigerators. We cooked great meals for 12 people and could find whatever we needed to prepare the food. Such a blessing to have nice weather the entire week! Our family made great memories, playing games and laughing. The 5 little grandsons played hard and slept hard! It was so special to have all the space to gather and interact without feeling crowed. The beds were very comfortable and we loved how clean and kid friendly this house was! We definitely would love to come back. Thanks again!

We rented this villa for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. It was perfect! There were 19 of us total, and we had plenty of space! The beach was very easy to access, and we were far enough away from the noise but close enough to get what we needed. We even woke up to SNOW one morning! The only thing I would suggest is that if you are planning to stay when it is cold, bring some slippers because the kitchen floor was FREEZING! Of course, the temps outside were in the 20s-40s!! But we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for providing a great place for such a reasonable price!!

Pineapple Palms 2 is so roomy and amazing. We had 18 total family members and there was still plenty of room! We had wonderful weather. The place was immaculate and I am very picky so when I say that it was super clean, I mean you could eat off the floors. We loved the beach wagons and beach chairs that you provided. It made going to the beach a breeze even with all the kids. The beds were so comfy and the sheets you use were extra soft. It was so nice having a crib for our 18 month old and all the infant baby items for my sisters 6 month old. We used the baby swing constantly. I can't thank you enough for making this the best vacation we have ever had. Thanks, Marion

Shelley and Jan, Thank you so much for everything. The place is wonderful, love the balconies and all the space. We had 4 families and all agreed that this is the best place we have ever stayed. The kids loved having their own space. The 2 living areas were such a blessing for the teens. It was great having 2 refrigerators and such a large dining area so we could all eat together.
