Home Away From Home
My family and I were nothing but happy the entire time we stayed here. The minute we walked in the house was warm and welcoming, clean and comfortable. It looked exactly as it does in the pictures :)
The property was well kept and we appreciated the added touches like beach chairs and a gas grill as well as the beach passes for the town beach. Also, loved that we had access to the local neighborhood beach that was also clean and quiet and for the most part, private. The little ones really enjoyed it and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We loved how convienent it was to all the attractions, yet it was set in a quiet neighborhood.
We enjoyed using the spacious backyard to entertain company and had a cookout that accomodated 30 of us with plenty of room to spare! The outdoor shower was perfect to wash off the sand from our trips to the beach. It was really nice that we had a washing machine and dryer in the house too. Thanks to that added touch, we could return home with clean clothes!
The owners Josh and Kris were easy to deal with and very helpful and kind with any needs we had in planning our stay here.
If you want an alternative to a hotel for a week at the beach- then definatly rent this house- it will be money well spent!

Great property, near everything!
Joshua the owner was great to deal with, very pleasant and always answer my emails when I needed him, I am always at work so email was perfect to communicate. My family was very pleased with this property, very clean and well mantained, perfect for us. We enjoyed the property because it's near everything and easy to get to the nearest attractions and specially the beaches, my family is already talking about going back to Narragansett and if we do it will definitely be to this property! Thank you Joshua for all your help and kindness!

Great time for our small family
We rented this beach house in August of 2010. The weather was very hot and we were lucky the local neighborhood beach was there for us. We have a small child and this beach was great for her. No waves and a short walk. Very nice people there too.
We also went to Narragansett beach a few times. The owners gave us 4 beach passes We found a parking spot on the street by going early. This is the real deal beach. Great waves and sand, and the passes were nice because it costs $5 per person to get on the beach otherwise.
The outdoor shower at the house, the deck, and the big yard were key for us during our week there. You need a car to really see all the beaches in the area.
I would recommend this place and hope to get back there again next year.
