We are centrally located in downtown Ocean City. Once you arrive and park (there are two parking spots per unit) you are within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk and restaurants.
There are three bedrooms each with it's own balcony and a balcony off of the living room. So come and relax, but most of all enjoy! This unit is also available for mini weeks , Sunday to Thursday or Thurs.To Sunday
We Do Not Rent To Groups For Senior Week Or Beach Week. No Pets!

We had a wonderful time ... the condo was so clean & comfortable... it made you feel right at home. Bud and Dianna went out of their way to welcome us and to make sure everything was ok... they are the owners of the condo but I feel like i have two new friend, they are truly kind people. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when we vacation in ocean city, md...jackie myers

My family just stayed at Bel Mare, wow!! We were so happy! The owners were absolutely great, Dianna and her husband are truly wonderful people, felt like family! I have already scheduled to stay again! The pool was very convenient, gated, which I found perfect since I have a 2 1/2yr. old, the condo was clean and is as nice in reality as in the pictures! Loved the master bath! I found the walk to the boardwalk was an easy one, morning or night! We watched the fireworks from our balcony! We would definately recommend staying! The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed and there is lots of room for storing stuff for everyone! I liked that the property is very secure, made us feel safe!

Great location. Easy walk to the the boardwalk, the beach, the bay, and restaurants. Worked very well with having two toddlers. Clean facility and a nice pool. The owners even met us in the parking lot to say hello and introduce themselves. I plan on staying here every year for our family trip to the beach!

We are REALLY picky when it comes to places to stay at the beach. This beautiful property won us over! It was so clean, spacious, and fantastic location. Eat in or out, but this place is the best place we have found in OCMD. Did I say it was clean?!!! Can't go wrong staying here. Close to the beach and the bay as well as the boardwalk! Families will enjoy the space, private balconies off each room, and huge bathrooms (especially the master bath!) Try this property...you won't be disappointed!!!
