This is a wonderful place you have here! It exceeded our expectations and I believe it is in the absolute perfect location.. We were able to do so much even on the first travel day - perhaps more so knowing you don't need to call a taxi & get everywhere walking.
The condo was very clean and, as expected, I love your taste in art and decor... very lovely. You have chosen to make every even small place special
We have very much enjoyed the condo, rooftop, and balcony during our stay. In fact, many friends have commented on various posts & videos through Facebook that they want to stay here, too!

I enjoyed a lovely spring holiday with my husband, and what a treat it was to have breakfast on our open balcony to watch the waves. Fantastic! The whole condo was clean, vibrant, and a homely alternative to an overbooked resort. I was so happy with our decision to try this rental, the view is as pretty as the pictures, and a perfect location- just a few minutes walk to the beach and in a nice neighborhood! I will be booking this condo for another getaway. Definitely a better experience than any hotel for the price.

Epic Mexico Experience!

Epic Mexico Experience! This spot is really special - incredible view! The place is well kept, clean and well furnished with a good amount of room for a few folks. We we're two couples in our 30's and were super happy with the flat. The building has proper management and locking street doors, but is right in the action, which is important since there is so much partying in this neighborhood but its really where you want to be. Access by foot to everything in town, cathedral and plaza are moments away, and a panoramic view of the ocean and town right in the flat! I would rebook just for the location. We took a day trip to Sayulita which is only an hour away on a dollar bus - amazing. The owner did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of - Very happy with this place all around!

Our second visit here..better than ever.. besides the new Malecon and the new pier that has made Vallarta even more appealing.. judi has excelled herself in the art and decor in the condo !
Not been back for 2 years and even more beautiful..
As usual spotless.. and a gracious hostess...everything we need is here.. hope to come back soon for a third time !

What a disappointment!!

Unfortunately this condo was not what we had expected...at all!!!! Yes it was brought to our attention that we would need earplugs because of the music which played while we slept, but we were not prepared for the noise commencing at 4:00 in the afternoon so you could not enjoy any part of the late afternoon or early evening in the condo. In addition to the noise the unit is very run down. Everything is old including all of the appliances, mattresses, bedding etc. and SMELLS old!!!! There is a constant scent of must. The bathrooms both need a full renovation from the mould in the cracking grout to the lighting which doesn't work. Oh yah, and dont forget the showers which are never hot and the two huge visiting cockroaches we had to attend to. Really upsetting to arrive somewhere like this when you've been looking forward to your holiday for so long. It wasn't an inexpensive condo to rent and the owner was not willing to compensate us at all.
It sounds like we were there for a month but after two nights we left and went to a nearby hotel (which cost us another $1200) for the remainder of our visit. What a breath of fresh air....clean, quiet and comfortable.

Owner's Response: This nothing short of retaliation for me not wanting to compensate these travelers for their stay.
They arrived on New Years Eve. My home is in the center of town.. in the middle of everything that is happening.. and It is noisy at night . I always inform all prospective renters of this situation. This was also NEW YEARS EVE with festivities going on all day and all through the night..These travelers were informed of this well before their stay. They had issues with the noise and left after a couple days and wanted their money returned. The people that stay here love that is in in the center of everything.. Walking out of their door not only to restaurants,galleries,night clubs.. right at your feet.. but a view of the bay that is unbeatable !
There are absolutely no insects of any kind.. the furniture, art, and decor is spectacular and the condo has been remodeled in the last few years. I have daily maid cleaning and it is spotless ! I have no issues what so ever with the water temperature.The bedding and appliances are modern and in perfect condition.I am very sincere and concerned about my house guests, check in on them and tell them to call or email me if they need anything at all.
The reviews that are here will show you my home is always extremely clean and pretty much immaculate..please read them..look at my photos and judge for yourself !

Loud Club Music Below

While centrally located, and with amazing views, this is a condo I would choose not to stay at again because of the extremely loud club music which vibrates through the walls, and echo's into the condo, making for a not relaxing stay. It was exceptionally loud Thursday - Sunday, usually starting around 9:00 pm, and going until around 3:00 am. We ended up checking into a hotel for our last 3 nights of a 9 night stay. The description in the listing which states, "...treat yourself to a Sunday night dinner there watching families parading by in their 'Sunday best' against the backdrop of local music" is an understatement. The local music is too loud, and hardly local. It is loud club music. I wish we could say it was a relaxing atmosphere, but it was not.
Owner's Response: I am dissapointed you did not enjoy your stay at the condo when I did everything in my power to make you comfortable . I mentioned it was Spring Break and that the club was probably catering to the crowd that was there at the time .I myself live there part of the year and of course many other renters have passed through.
I am so sorry this happened to you.The legal cut off time for live music is 2 a.m. in P.V.
Most people that want to stay downtown know there are clubs in the immediate area.

WOW.The Best Vacation ever ! This Place was amazing.The Condo is so comfortable. The View is gorgeous..Pictures dont do it justice. We had a great time and we loved it, already recommended to family and friends. Judi (owner) was a great help. Thx for everything.THE BEST WAY TO SAY IT IS.. WE WILL BE BACK!
