This bright and airy home at the end of a canal and quiet cul-de-sac in Gulf Cove is a fisherman's paradise.

It boasts over a 180 degree view of the waterfront from the living area. The house was built to maximize the views. Dolphins and Manatee swim right outside your door.

It is situated on the Myyaka River near the entrance to Port Charlotte harbor and approximately 30 minutes to the Gulf. The is a fisherman's paradise, with a large dock and lift to accommodate a 10,000 lb boat.

The home is located approximately 10 minutes from the Manasota public beach and minutes from Boca Grande pass and beaches on Gasparilla Island. World Class fishing is just minutes away... the sites of Tarpon, Redfish and Snook fishing tournaments.

It is located near the Mayyaka State Park, the Charlotte County ballpark home to the Tampa Bay Rays spring training. numerous golf courses are within minutes.

Orlando is just 2.5 hours, Miami and South beach 2 hours, 10,000 island nature preserve is 2 hours, enjoy the attractions of Sarasota and Ft Myers then come home to quiet of this picturesque home.

The view is stunningly beautiful! We couldn't believe it.
We felt very home!

The place is better than the pictures

We loved the view from the pictures but it was so much more beautiful when we got there. It felt like home with all the amenities they offered (Cable TV, Phone, Washer & Dryer....). Loved eating out by the pool. Will check back to see if it's available for next year.

We are vrbo first timers and what a great experience to start with! We were hoping for the best and we got what we wanted! It is such a beautiful home, very spacious and clean! The owner is so easy to deal with...nice, polite, and prompt. The home has everything you need and more! We enjoyed visiting the nearby beaches, restaurants, and local towns. The view is amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking! We would definitely go back and we recommend to everyone!

We had a great time. House was spacious, well equipped and in a lovely peaceful location. It was in excellent condition with a good sized pool and deck. Publix and Walmart are within easy reach and the beaches of Boca Grande etc. are quite a short drive. We managed to extend our stay and would love to go back again.

This place is even more beautiful than the pictures! The view is breathtaking!! We had a very enjoyable time at this very comfortable house. The restaurants are excellent, the beaches are nearby. The sunrise was astounding. I would recommend this place without reservations. This place is for old and young. .

We have rented in Florida for many years and this is the very best in every way. It is clean, convienient, rich, relaxing and private with a view that cannot be duplicated. It is isolated in the midst of everything you need. In all of VRBO there is none better. March and April are ours forever!!! You can fight over the rest!

Excellent views, the pool and lanai are wonderful. The house is great - everthing you need to have a relaxing vacation. The neighbor, Bob, is very friendly and knows the area well.
Can't say enough positive things about our stay.
