Awesome!! but bad in returning deposit

We stayed two nites and we paid for deposit. When I called to make reservations, they said I was going to get my deposit after two weeks, it's been more than one month and I have not heard anythign about my deposit. I contacted Craig, he said he's not in charge of deposits, but no one is telling me a direct answer on when I will be getting my deposit. Great place! had so much fun! it's clean and relaxing. So far I only had this issue about my deposit.
